Menu Highlights: For the food lovers: Indulge in house-made focaccia, burrata with eggplant caponata, or savour the luxurious shrimp scampi in Calabrian chili garlic butter. For pasta aficionados: Dive into comforting ricotta gnocchi in gorgonzola cream, or our vibrant shrimp fazzoletti with leek, spinach, and snap peas. For brunch traditionalists: Enjoy our Mountain Breakfast with sausage or bacon, or delight in a creative twist with our bison hash or Florentine Benedict. A sweet finish: Don’t miss the GF tiramisu crêpe cake, layered with espresso marsala whipped cream. We have partnered with Banff Mountaintop Flowers to help celebrate all the important women in our life. Bastion Burger returns to The Fat Ox of Banff, bringing their signature smash burgers with them. Enjoy the burgers on the patio with our full serving cocktails, beer and wine. Feel like getting bragging rights on your friends? We'll have Jenga and Cornhole set up as well.
