Great food, ambience & service. Price is slightly higher than an average Indian restaurant but very good for a special occasion.
Superb food - great choice on the menu. Always good service. Head and shoulders above other local Indian restaurants.
Great place food just the best service fantastic can’t wait to go back Nigel batt
Great food, ambiance and good gin selections. The chef even did a special request. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Lovely meal. great service and loved the restaurant.
Great food and great service. Highly recomend.
Very very welcoming. Fabulous service. Food delicious. We will be back. Highly recommend.
I’m quite fussy and often find the smell of a curry is better than the curry itself, so I am often a bit disappointed. However! The food at Fat Budah was just outstanding; I’d say the best curry I’ve ever tasted!… (apart from my Mums, of course!)
One of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been to. Fab food, excellent service and amazing decor. I'll definitely be paying a visit to the Berkhampstead one which is nearer to where I live 👍5 🌟
Always a pleasurable experience at the Fat Buddha.
Food is awesome, service is friendly. Great place to eat and chat.
Great food as always along with great service… my favourite Indian restaurant
To expensive for what it is, starter portions are very small, then main dishes included veg have huge bits of chicken, huge carrots, huge paneer pieces. Anyone who knows Indian food should know the pieces of meat and veg should be cut into cubes. Otherwise you have for forget the Nan and use fork and knife to cut the food. Extortionate prices for the food I feel, there are many better restaurants you can pay the same money for but get top star service. Cocktails were a let down too, pornstar martini, was dark in colour and very bitter. Also
Made a note it was anniversary with no mention by staff and wasn’t even offered to check the dessert menu after dinner.
Absolutely beautiful resturant!
Service was incredible and the food is amazing
Place looks good, some of the waiters where a little disorganised asking the same questions to us one waiter after another on two occasions in quick succession. Now the most off putting thing was the bar waiter who brought over our drinks, i couldn't help but notice the dirt and grime around all his figure nails despite them being short whilst he carried our drinks over with those hands of his right around the rim. This is usually a clear sign of someone rarely washing their hands which then allows dirt to build up over time. Not covid friendly or even basic hygiene friendly. Needless to say i didn't take one sip of my drink for my whole meal as i could only imagine what he has done with his hands since washing them last what ever day that might of been. As I was only on my 2nd date with the girl i was with i chose not to make a fuss but otherwise i would have left soon as i saw that bar waiters dirt and grime filled finger nails.
Never been before, my friend had alergies and the manager spent time going through everything, awesome menu, loads to choose from, and all delicious.
Top staff, great food, just needed a little bit of music
Great food, great service, really well designed separation of a relaxing bar area and a traditional restaurant
Very Good . Spoilt for choices of food from a huge menu so difficult to choose . So will have to go again.
You won’t be disappointed!
Good was great. Service was enthusiastic but untrained and unco-ordinated. We were asked three times by different staff if we wanted papadams and our wine glasses cleared!
Delicious food & excellent service. We've been having takeaway from Fat Buddha throughout lock down, the dine in experience was an absolute treat!
Food excellent as always but overbearing service, every member of staff took turns to ask if all was ok every couple of minutes. It became a little tiring eventually, the only time it stopped was when it was time to pay and despite requests no-one seemed to want to take payment!! Bit of balance would have made the experience better
We will be back though!!
Lovely food and helpful attentive staff, manager very friendly and welcoming, not cheap but value for money.
First time in The Fat Buddha & had an excellent meal & the staff were lovely! Thank you, we will be back soon!
Lovely evening, great food, attentive and friendly staff.
Decided to have a curry with a few friends whilst working in Maidenhead, the barman in the pub recommended the Fat Buddha, great recommendation really enjoyed the food ,great service a not too pricey
Such a lovely restaurant and the greatest food I’ve had in a while! Definitely look at the cocktail menu
Or experience at The Fat Buddha was very enjoyable. The food was well cooked and nicely presented, the service attentive without being overbearing. The tandoori broccoli and scallop starters were excellent. The naan was light and fluffy, the lamb shank tender and succulent and the tarka dhaal one of the best we've had. Pistachio chicken was also very nice. The only thing that was disappointing was the rice which was dry and a bit clumpy. We'll definitely be returning to enjoy more of the dishes on offer and would happily recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
Beautiful restaurant and lovely staff. Tandoori broccoli is to die for! All their dishes are amazing and will be back soon.
Great staff & service. The food was delicious & so much choices. Beautiful decor & atmosphere. Covid compliant & very clean.
First time at this restaurant and the service and food were excellent. Welcome boost to the restaurant options in Maidenhead.
Great Sunday lunch. Menu has all the favourites but also modern spins. Staff courteous and helpful. Suggested dishes were fabulous. Will be back
This restaurant was incredible. The interior design is so cool and funky . It could be right in the middle of london . Their cocktails are incredible and food delicious. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The own takes the time to stop by your table and have a chat with you and makes you feel important.definitely going back and going to take friends
Another wonderful visit - highly recommended. Food was fantastic and the service second to none as previously.
First time eating here and really enjoyed it. Food was delicious, particularly the broccoli! Service was outstanding and we were really impressed with how friendly the staff were. The restaurant itself is clean and beautifully decorated giving a real London vibe. I would recommend to anyone wanting a great curry in a friendly atmosphere.
Amazing food and service! Lovely decor and ambience
Amazing service and delicious food!
Highly recommend and will be back again!
This is the best Indian food I have had for a long time. It is also a very nice space. Throughly recommended.
Good variety of tasty food, good wine and excellent service.
Fantastic meal, staff very friendly and lovely decor....
A quite Tuesday night. Food was nice but not exceptional. Services was good and the staff helpful. I found it expensive for what we had and not very good value for money.
First time here and we were really impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and recommended lots of new dishes for us to try, all of which were delicious. Considering it was a Tuesday night the restaurant was busy and there was a lovely ambience. The quality of the food was brilliant - so fresh and full of flavour. It was different to any other Indian we'd had before. Will definitely be back!
