The service was terrible….one mistake after another, all of which could have been solved by writing the order down. The waiter brought one less dish than there were diners, got the checks wrong, solved it all very slowly. Never going back
Rene was our server and took great care of us. The manager was incredibly personable and the food was served hot and promptly. We loved the hash and enjoyed our brunch mains.
Took good home and all was enjoyed.
Dinner was fantastic and our waiter Chad was very nice, polite and friendly. The food was delicious; fried green tomatoes were the best I’ve ever tasted. A unique zest and flavor to them; my compliments to the chef! My friend had never been to a farm to table-type restaurant and she really enjoyed it too. My only comment was that it was quite noisy and frenetic, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a quiet, intimate dinner, but for a party-type atmosphere, it was fun.
Good very good, service a little slow. Staff very pleaaant.
Food was decent - nothing bad but nothing outstanding for the cost.
The food was overpriced and not great. My 47 dollar steak was room temp when I received it. My wife’s scallops were a little fishy. This place clearly caters to tourists who won’t be repeat customers. I live in Nashville, but probably won’t be coming back to Farm House.
Cornbread was awesome! Scallops and pork chop were really good! We will be back.
Our server was delightful, atmosphere was pleasant, but the food just didn’t measure up for the prices. We don’t mind paying for good food, but the menu was limited and what we had was just ok. We ordered the cookie dessert thinking it was going to be something special- it was 6 warm cookies on a plate with a tiny cup of creme anglaise- this is not elevated food! Probably wouldn’t go back- too many other great places in Nashville.
Service was really great and the food was excellent.
Cute, small place. Delicious margarita. Prices were high but not outlandish. Shrimp and Grits were amazing. Nice place to escape the noise and chaos of Broadway.
Could get away with being super dressed up or super casual
We had great service just disappointed of the very limited menu, they were out the chicken dish. Had green beans and Mac and cheese and those were very good.
Had lunch for my best friends birthday. What a great place to celebrate. Food, drink, service all outstanding! Do you yourself a favor and go there.
Wonderful food. The pork chop dish is out of this world.
Beautiful space. Good decent Unfortunately our server ruined the experience. Very unhelpful to the vegan’s in our party. I called in advance and was told they could accommodate vegans - our server wasn’t helpful or willing to explore options with the kitchen. Very disappointing experience.
Great service. Average food.
Pork chop was excellent. Don’t be tempted by the pig ears.
Pork chop and fried green tomatoes were awesome. Would eat here again.
Wonderful food, prompt and friendly service. Definitely would visit again! The freshly baked cookies west fabulous!
Great food and atmosphere
I didn't think the food, atmosphere and service collectively approached the price. There are too many other very good options in the $50-$100/person range in Nashville now.
Had a wonderful experience. Every single thing our waiter (gentleman with a pony tail) suggested was fantastic! Will visit again when in Nashville and would love to recommend to friends and family.
During a four day stay in Nashville we had dinner here twice. Both meals were delicious. The staff is very friendly and personable. We’ll definitely be back when we return to Nashville in the future.
Great food, great service.
First visit and really enjoyed everything about the experience. Took my parents who were in town visiting. Food & service outstanding - I had grilled pork, and both parents had the Chicken. We also had the fried green tomatoes with pepper jelly appetizer & the skillet corn bread. All great.
Other reviews mentioned prices being a bit high but we all
felt the portions were quite generous and justified the price & quality - indeed we all brought home leftovers. I’m not a drinker so don’t have a clue about liquor prices but my Dad thought they were a bit high. Apps, wine, entrees, dessert came in about $60/person.
All that said my Dad is second generation restaurant owner and spent 50+ years in the biz - tough to please and pretty unforgiving - he loved our Farm House outing.
At these prices, everything should be exceptional. It was just above average this visit.
Great food and great service!!
Delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Super cute smaller restaurant. Tucked away on a side street. Sever was great. Food was all served VERY hot and fresh. Went for Brunch. Was seated right away. Steak and eggs were delicious.
The Farm Table was a delightful discovery on our recent trip to Nashville. We went to the owner's other restaurant, Black Rabbit for dinner one night and heard about the Farm Table and decided to try it for brunch. The owner/head chef has come up with some delicious creations and the presentation is well thought out and executed. We loved finding something so unique and well done. We look forward to trying it for dinner on our next visit!
Music was a tad too loud, but they did turn it down a bit which was a big improvement
It would be nice to hear music rather than loud talkers.
It was a fantastic experience and delicious food. For price, it was not too bad for the city. Steak and pork were local and fresh! Highly recommend
This was the 2nd time we ate at The Farm House and once again, the food was excellent.
Absolutely fantastic from the service to the food. All around perfection. Highly recommend.
Slow and confused seating. After seating I was still getting texts to check in. Service did not start well but improved after I waved a server down. Pigs ears were excellent. Everything else we ordered was good. Beer selection average. Wine was fine.
It was wonderful and the food amazing!
The food was good, but the service was super slow!
