   Food was fantastic. Recommend the Bang Bang Cauliflower. Their cocktail offerings were a bit odd. Two types of old fashioneds (one of which was not good at all - the pecan whisky version was not to my taste - very cloying). Friendly and attentive service.

   We all were happy with our meals. The service was good and we had a wonderful view out the window facing the 18th green (until the sun was directly in the eyes of one of the people in our party). There were a few open tables in our immediate area so the noise level was fine, but suspect when the place is full that will not be the case. We will definitely be returning, but probably sticking to the simpler menu items such as fish and chips.

   I really wanted to like this new place, and I'm sure that much of it could be growing pains - but we were completely unimpressed with the food. It was very bland, and some actually not edible. The menu itself is really very limited, no creativity at all and you would think with a limited menu, those few menu items would be spectacular and they just weren't. Wine was definitely a short pour, and the cocktails were more mix than anything else. Our server was very nice and efficient but when we mentioned that one of our items was not edible, there was no action taken, just oh - I'm sorry. The restaurant itself is nice looking, the chairs are OK not greatly comfortable, the view however is spectacular. It could be a great neighborhood place, I hope that they are taking the feedback that they get to heart to make improvements.

   Our service couldn't have been better. I got the club sandwich which was very good. The only negative I have to say about the restaurant is it did not have a sports like atmosphere like I thought it would. They need to hang some sports pictures (football, baseball, basketball) and of course pictures of golf courses. All TV's should have sports programs on and there should be more of them (TV's). Old games, ESPN, etc. should be on the TV's, not your local news. I'm from Cleveland which is one of the biggest sports towns there is. I guess this is what I expected to see. A sports bar atmosphere like we have in Cleveland and anywhere else I've been. And one other thing....I had to make reservations and asked for a 12-12:30 time. I made them online and it only gave me the times of 1:15 or 1:45. When we walked in, there was hardly anyone there. My question is, why couldn't I get my time I requested and why make reservations when it's not necessary? Thank you for your time to read this and I am very sorry about the fire that happen in your restaurant the other day. I hope things get better and you'll be open soon.

   If you are seated outside or by a window WOW great view! The vegetable quesadilla was disappointing the only vegetable in it was yellow peppers not worth an additional $3 and pieces very small compared to my friend's quesadilla with chicken in it! That looked good!! Very sweet and attentive waitress. Not in a hurry to try it again soon.

   Pleasant atmosphere, we arrived at 7 pm so wasn’t as busy. Food was ok, nothing extraordinary except Bang Bang cauliflower was very good. Surprised at limited choices on menu for starters. And not making pizza yet. Prices seem to be in line with other restaurants (all high!). Thought portion size was on the small end. Overall, we had a nice dinner.

   We elected to sit outside on the deck. Once seated we did not see a waitress for over 30 minutes. During that time, we elected to go to the bar and order our own drinks - two trips to the bar. Since we were not in any hurry, we did not approach anyone about the lack of service. After 30 minutes I approached the check in desk and advised them we had not seen our waiter or waitress. Our food was okay, the salmon was dry land the burger was overcooked. The wedge salad and fries were good. We had to ask for water - and the waitress never checked back to verify if our food was prepared correctly. We were not offered desert, just the check. It was obvious that the servers received no training prior to their employment. This was our 2nd visit and there was little or no improvement in the service or the food. We will remain patient and try again in a few weeks - but will certainly expect improvement. We need this restaurant to be successful as we need a good 2nd option for dinner.

   Received a text 30 min prior to reserved time stating that our table was ready… we arrived at reserved time, 6 PM, and were seated right away- outdoors as requested upon arrival. Patio was about 1/2 full. Service was prompt and courteous. Drinks were pricey and could use more ice… Food arrived in good time. We were underwhelmed with the presentation and flavors of both the rotisserie chicken ( a bit dry) and Asian salad (luncheon size serving , no bread). Atmosphere was fine, indoors seemed quite noisy which is why we choose outdoors. Seat surface was quite hard after a bit. Very faint music playing - perfect volume in my opinion. All in all,after my initial visit, I give The Falls a 5/10 and hope for improvements.

    Not a good selection to choose from. Had a very hard time getting reservations and the place was empty. Very disappointing. Our friends were there Saturday night and said it was empty also and the food was fair. Our waitress served the food and then asked if we were going to have dessert. When we said no, she gave us our bill while we were still eating. Did not seem to be well trained. She charged us for a drink that we never had because at noon time they were out of it. We were not very impressed and would not rush back until they get their act together.

    The service was absolutely terrible. It took 30 minutes to get drinks, which had very little ice. When asked for ice the waitress was very put out. Cocktails never made it any we ended up cancelling. The waitress never asked how things were and threw the wrong check at us without asking if we wanted more to drink or dessert. It took several minutes to get the correct bill. When we asked for additional drinks she got it but again no ice. We asked about dessert and she was not completely sure all of them then was upset when we decided against. The food is actually pretty good and the atmosphere is lovely. Bang Bang Cauliflower was wonderful. The Asian chopped chicken salad was actually a spinach salad. It was tasty but not an Asian chopped chicken salad. We told the manager we would give it another try because of the food and atmosphere, but if the service continues to be terrible, we would probably not come back. This is not a inexpensive restaurant, so if service is bad, there is no way we would give our hard earned dollars to them. At this time I find it hard to recommend, but should the service improve, we would be more than happy to.

    Hard to adequately review because this was my first time eating at this restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and was very accurate in bringing us items we ordered. Our finished appetizer and salad dishes remained on the table through out the meal, leaving a rather crowded table all evening. The second you open the entry door the noise level was significant. The view from the patio/deck is fabulous. The bar area was very nice and service very friendly. I would recommend everyone try this restaurant and develop their own review. I experienced a modern, clean, and busy restaurant that will continue to improve in all aspects of dinning.

    Requested an outside table but hostess gave away last open table outside to walk- ins just ahead of us! Inside table was adequate but the lighting was much to bright for a nice dinner! Bus station atmosphere! Manager was very nice and tried to tone the lights down but to no avail. AC was on and the dining room was very cold! Server was very friendly but slow at taking our order. I had to get up three times to ask for items we had requested. Food was good, not great!

    I received 2 text messages about my arrival..one afterI had already responded.........ONE will do!!! The lettuce for the salad has been sitting around for awhile ... very limp and tasteless for some reason! Very average food. Not a very creative or unique items on the menu.     Enjoyed the food and service. I had the fish and chips (pretty good) and my wife had the salmon (very good). It is a loud venue, but the real issue is the lighting. So very bright and the server agreed but couldn’t dim the lighting.

    Our first visit to The Falls was nice, overall. The reservation was helpful. The pizza oven wasn't working, and the menu selections were reduced. We watched the servers struggle with the heavy door going to the outdoor patrons. We hope that improves.

    Inside dining was too noisy, so we ate outside with zero ambience. Good view of the golf course. Ordered beer and wine and water. Water came quick, the food came next but no drinks. Had to ask for them again. Ordered Fish and chips, fish had too much thick batter, looked like good size but was mostly batter which was too thick. The fries were bad.

    The decor was excellent, service was good, but the food was exceedingly moderate. I normally the Quail Creek restaurant at Grayhawk CC in Scottsdale. The food was not even equal to the food we order at Quail Creek. My Asian Salad Main Course was less that 1/3 the size I expected. The Hamburger was small and the french fries were soggy. I will probably give the FALL's a second chance, but I will wait a while to see if you are improving. The price you charge is equal to Grayhawk, the portions are smaller and the quality was less. On my average trip I expect to pay $65.00 to $85.00 for lunch and my bill with tip is always appropriate.     Well, this was our second time there, very disappointed! Wine pour was minimal, fir $10 a glass…. My friends pasta dish was cold! My lunch salad was more of a “side salad”, Complained about wine pour, and bartender was rude! Another friend waited 10 minutes fior a glass for her beer! I don’t think we will be back… For community restaurant that cost $5 M, shame on the management! Where is a “happy hour? golfers will not stop & pay those prices for beer & wine! Angela’s is so much better! So, we will go outside of the Grand & find better deals!

    The food was very good. The room was quite warm. Both in the bar and dining area. I thought the lighting could be turned down for a more intimate feeling. Especially at night. Other wise we had a great time. Our server was very nice!

    I really want to give our new restaurant 5 stars but.... at 3:45pm on a Thursday the bar was out of 2 of their 4 selections of Chardonnay Neither the Penne ala Vodka nor the Bolognese stayed warm for more then 5 minutes The Pizza oven is still under numerous excuses The menu, w/o Pizza and very poorly executed hamburgers is too limited Why do you ask on your reservation site if this is a "special occasion", if no one cared The Staff gets the 5 Stars but not the cooks It is time to get this restaurant a good reputation. I have been there 4 times, it has not gotten better.

    The Falls is a sports bar, but really only in one of the areas. There is a quieter area with the same beautiful view of the golf course through the large windows throughout. The outside dining or just having a drink is very nice with different seating available. It is a fun experience in the bar area with plush bar chairs and great service. I have eaten there three times now and with great food and service I will continue going there often with friends.

    The 6 diners were all pleased with their meals and service. The dining room much quieter than the bar area. The room was pretty warm as was the red wine. Overall a good experience and all hope The Falls will be a successful addition to our community

    Bread and butter were both hard as a brick. Waitperson did take charge off of our bill. Food was okay, but on the bland side. Service was friendly with the right amount of follow up. Ambience was really good except the sun was shinning in our face for about 20 minutes with no options to reduce or block it.

    So disappointed! The noise level anywhere but the patio is prohibitive to any conversation. My hard of hearing friend simply couldn’t tolerate it. Meal was mediocre especially for the price. And menu is fairly mundane. Expected more. Doubt we’ll go back.

    We were able to get a table outdoors overlooking the golf course and waterfall, which was lovely. The misters were helpful in keeping us cool since it was a very warm evening. We chose to sit outdoors for the view and because the air conditioning was not functioning, so with a temperature over 90 degrees, it was stuffy indoors. It was also very loud indoors, even though the restaurant was not full. There is nothing to absorb sound. The pizza oven was not working so none was being offered. The food we ordered was mediocre. The nachos were basic and had a minimal amount of toppings. The Falls Signature salads we ordered were skimpy in quantity, not an ample size for the main course. The service also needs improvement. Our server was unable to answer several of our questions and did not seek assistance and return with the answers. My friend's salad was not prepared as requested, and the person at a neighboring table ordered the same salad but it came without all the ingredients that were to have been included. Our water had no ice and we were never asked if we would like a refill. The staff needs to be better trained. It was our first visit to this new restaurant and hopefully the food and service will improve with time.

    Service was confusing as server did not know we were in her section … she did not know the menu and advised that a side salad was available three times and then stated sorry they don’t have side salads… fries that I did not order were not crispy and bland . The corner window beside me was covered in knats … Tiny black bugs numbering in the hundreds … see pictures . Had identified lunch as a special occasion and she forgot and brought the bill . Beautiful interior with somewhat awkward tub styled chairs which make getting in and out of them difficult . Very loud even though area was only half full . We were disappointed after waiting for three years .
