   We enjoyed the two course seasonal menu very much. Our waitress Vas is always very helpful, friendly and professional. Falcons Nest is one of ‘go to’ favourites - a warm welcome and good food is guaranteed

   Despite our Open Table reservation not being made the staff found us a table for 7 without any fuss.

   There must be a new chef as this has gone from being fairly poor in terms of the quality of food to being very good again

   Having been for Sunday lunch a few months ago, and having had cauliflower cheese with melted plastic, we tried the pub again for sunday lunch.We were seated quickly and drinks ordered fast, which was good. The quality of the meats on offer are poor. My wife ordered pork, and beef for me, and for the price paid, 3 slivers of meat was poor. The parsnips were undercooked, as were the roast potatoes. We ordered Cauliflower cheese again, to see if it had improved - it didn't arrive, and I ordered a shandy and was delivered lager. A real shame, but poor value for money and poor quality food. we will not be returning again.

   Had nice lunches in the past at this place. Visited for an Evening meal for a special night . Paid £20 for fillet steak which was the smallest piece of steak I have ever had . Not good value . However it was cooked as requested . I did not complain as could see staff very busy

   The cauliflower cheese was clearly microwaved. My wife found a piece of plastic in hers. The parsnips and roast potatoes were drastically under cooked. Used to be excellent. We won't be returning
