   We had Mother's Day Brunch here on Sunday. Our service was amazing and our waiter and bartender went above and beyond.

   Mother’s Day brunch is not worth $40 per person. We made a $12:30 p.m. reservation and our server didn’t come to our table until 12:50 p.m. The table we were directed to had no napkins and flatware as the other empty tables. The food on the buffet was nothing special and was cold (apparently there was no sterno to keep the food warm). The pastries tasted dry and stale from sitting out uncovered. The server was nice and comped our meals; however, we will not go back again.

   First time dining at the factory south shore. Booked reservations for a Mother’s Day brunch. Staff and service were wonderful but a bit slow due to busy holiday. Only disappointment was some of the items advertised on the brunch menu in advance were not actually available at the brunch

    Great venue and you can't beat the view of the city. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. The food was good and there was plenty. All in all, a nice Easter brunch.

    We were so pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Not that we expected it to be bad but it was just way better than we ever imagined. Lovely wait staff. Food was good--and the lines were not existent which was very nice for the diners. If you couldn't find something you liked there then you weren't trying very hard. We already had brunch reservations at LeMont for Mothers Day. We are cancelling and going back to the Sheraton.

    a clean well lighted place, but therefore somewhat sterile on the whole. Service good, ample orange juice, good coffee, excellent sausages, not bad scrambled eggs for a buffet. The beef only average, not really tasty, ham ditto. Good omlets nicely made by cool guys. No smoked salmon. A baked salmon dish that did not look appetizing, dry. Not likely to repeat.

    Loved the vibe. We got a beautiful city view, it was super clean. The food wasn’t bad. I truly loved the customer service. I was extra shocked to experience this aesthetic from a hotel restaurant

    I didn’t realize this was a hotel restaurant inside the Sheraton until we got here. The front staff was not the most warm or friendly, and I felt like I was bothering them even though I had a reservation. Turns out, they were rather busy and probably understaffed because there was a large convention in town. It took us awhile to be served, but our waitress was so nice and appreciate of our patience. The old fashioned was really good - classic recipe with a big ice cube. I got the burger and fries. It was really greasy, but overall delicious. My partner got the shirt rib ragu. It was also good, but there were probably only 3 little pieces of short rib. We didn’t feel like it was enough to justify the cost of a $30 meal. The view of the city at night is pretty and the bar space was lively because of the convention at the hotel that weekend.

    It was a weekday in February so it isn't a surprise they weren't very busy at a hotel restaurant. The food was great. Started with a beef Wellington spring roll with spicy mustard.I had the pork chop. It was huge and was cooked perfectly. I really want to shout out our waiter. He was fantastic.     Service was very slow. We waited almost 90 minutes for our dinners. The ambiance was nice. The food was good but not great for what you are paying. I was really excited about this place because of their menu and 4 of us walked away not impressed.

    WOW what great experience. Our table started with a pizza and it was out of this world. Large wine menu and great cocktails. This is definitely not just another hotel restraint. Also, hands down best view of the city you will find.
