This is my first time back since the pandemic and it was an amazing experience! Our waiter, David, was amazing and we enjoyed all of the foods we ordered. The food came out quickly after ordering.

We ordered the following (our favorites will be starred** although everything was delicious):

Prosciutto with the stracciatella and sage dough**
Mandilli di seta**
Casonzei**
Ravioli di mare
Ossobuco
Cannoli**
Olivato

We left stuffed but happy and dreaming of all the delicious eats.

We had a fantastic time all the way up to point where we were told there is a 2 hour time limit to sit at the table. Our reservation for a party of 6 was at 7 pm, and we were asked to leave during dessert at 9 pm.

Overall great experience. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. Food was really good, we had the Sanremse calamari salad - needed some extra acid so we asked for lemon ourselves. Had the briddeto mussels and clam stew which was disappointing, overcooked and broth wasn’t anything exceptional. The Mandille pasta was incredible, we split one serving and it was enough - would definitely order when going back. Had the patate too which were perfectly cooked nice side to round out the meal.

Factory Kitchen is hands down my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. Excellent quality ingredients, not your run-of-the-mill Italian fare. They offer game (rabbit, duck, wild boar) along with organ meats (beef cheeks to die for, best calves liver I've ever had), as well as sole, pork belly, pasta, and so on. Tried-and-true dishes as well as creative dishes that you won't find anywhere else. I highly recommend Factory Kitchen.

The food is exceptional from start to finish. The prosciutto is one of the best I’ve had. The mandilli di seta - thin handkerchief egg-pasta basil-almond is fluffy and delicious. The olive oil dessert with layers of chocolate mousse is heavenly. A true authentic Italian experience!

First of all … valet parking. Handicap spaces do not require a valet. We self parked but we’re charged despite not using the valet.

Next … the food was good but VERY salty. Also, the menu contained a few seafood dishes, but almost all contained clams, to which I am allergic.

Finally… the chairs. While they look comfortable, the back leans forward slightly. Restaurants do this so patrons will have to put weight on their knees as they sit. This promotes rapid table turnover as the patrons are just a bit uncomfortable. It’s a disturbing trend. While rapid turnover is obviously good for the restaurant, it causes patrons to finish quickly and not linger, and doesn’t promote a satisfying dining experience. We had a drink and three courses in just one hour. We might have ordered more, but my lower back hurt from the seats.

It was as good as always. A little disappointed with the liver dish, however my wife loved it. Starters all fantastic, difficult to make a choice. Also good wine selection and knowlegable waitress, still remember this from our last visit.

Always a great place to dine, love the restaurant! Two of us ordered a turkey meatloaf - great idea but it was overly salted. I suppose thats typical for a good meatloaf, but next time I will choose from the plentiful selection of exceptional pastas and other menu items.

Great restaurant and vibe!!! Once you walk in the front door you hear the place is "alive with chatter and laughter". It is quite loud, but very energetic. Service was outstanding and food was pretty good. Fish entree was piping hot and gnocchi was delicious. The banana dessert is amazing with ice cream!!

My tagliolini was just plain bad. I should have sent it back. Instead, I was a "restaurant martyr" and tried to eat it. I ate about half. The best thing we had was the arugula salad. The olive oil is really superior as well. After my experience with the pasta, I would avoid seafood items on the menu. We are not sure if we will return. There is a lot of great competition out there.

Food just wasn’t what it used to be. Their most popular sage bread with prosciutto was just hard as a rock. We had reservations, were seated and as we ordered drinks after dinner, waitress handed us drinks and said we needed to leave in 10 mins. Meanwhile, everyone else who was already seated by the time we arrived were still there enjoying drinks and conversation. They just decided to kick our table out within 10 mins. Odd. Just not what it used to be. No longer my fav restaurant unfortunately.

Our server came to take our order and after he served our appetizers, he never came back.(I’m assuming his shift was over) but didn’t tell us anything. We got our main entrees very late after that. Towards the end of night (when we were almost done with our food) a different server came to check on us and give us our bill. Overall, the food was good but obviously, not the service we received.

Strict opening policy at 12noon. We stood outside for 15 minutes as staff was still preparing for lunch. I thought it was a little extreme, glad it wasn’t raining.
