   Anastasia was our server and she was incredible. I couldn’t say enough good things about her and how special she made our friend “catch up” dinner. Food was delicious, drinks were on point. I love the Exchange!

   I've always loved the Exchange. This visit, I was even more impressed! In the notes on our OpenTable reservation, I requested a sling and a high chair. I also said it was grandma's birthday. They had the table set up with the sling and high chair without me having to remind them. This is the first place to do this without me asking again once we get there. And they remembered the birthday and brought a special treat. 11/10! SO happy with our experience.

   We had delicious signature cocktails, and the pretzel appetizer was a generous portion. The cheese spread was awesome. The GOAT burger was a great recommendation from our server, as were the frites. We’d go back!

    I didn't care for the sauce on my strip steak and the brussel sprouts were tough (the stems weren't trimmed off). The potato stick was very odd. A mashed potato would have been better. I wouldn't order this again but I'd be willing to try something else. My husband liked the shrimp and grits but it wasn't very filling so he was hungry later. The blueberry lemon dessert was excellent! I also appreciate that you have Coke Zero! The atmosphere is nice and it makes for a cool date night.

    Visited for a mid-day late lunch! Food was great and service is great! I had the GOAT burger! Such great flavors! Cooked to perfection, medium! This restaurant is so consistent with food and service!

    Table ready with reservation on busy Monday evening. Greeted promptly at table. Salt of the Earth drinks are a must. Voodoo pasta with blackened chicken was awesome.

    The food tastes good. If you aren't concerned about eating healthy, then the restaurant is a good restaurant for you. However, it's not good for me. None of the food prepared that I would have thought would be healthy like the vegetable of the day, was prepared with health in mind. I asked the waiter what type of oil the vegetables were cooked in and the answer was vegetable oil. Ideally for the expensive price, I would have hoped to have a steamed vegetables option, but there was none. The vegetables of the day came out very oily. Cooking in vegetable oil may not bother many people but when cooked at high temperatures, the oil oxidizes and does damage the the arteries and even cause cancer. Since I'm vegan, I did try the Impossible Burger for the first time. I'm not impressed but I think that's just how the Impossible Burger is and does not reflect on the restaurant. The Impossible Burger is highly processed, high in sodium, and less nutrients than meat. I was hoping that maybe The Exchange Pub made their own from scratch, but after eating it, I'm sure that's not the case. The atmosphere is nice enough and they stay busy. I have no doubt that they will be around for a while. I just won't be going back due to the lack of foods that don't meat my definition of "healthy". I have heat disease, so I am probably more concerned than those people who are otherwise healthy.

    We tried this for the first time this week with friends. Loved it! The place is a gem. Best service we've ever had. I wish I could remember the server's name because she was outstanding. The food was great. It's in an old renovated building that has a lot of character. We had the pretzel and smoked cheddar cheese as an appetizer. We highly recommend it. Tried "The Grocery" which was one of their signature cocktails. So refreshing and tasty. Main meals were all excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

    From the food to the service, and everything in between, this place was phenomenal! Our waitress’ name was AmySunshine and she was FANTASTIC! The Exchange Poutine was delicious, as well as the steak frites. I got a side of the spaghetti squash and for me, I wished it had a little more going on. It was a little plain! But that would be the only “complaint” (if you want to call it that) I would have. 10/10 recommend.

    1st experience here. Waitress was very prompt and accommodating. Food was very good and will certainly try it out again and get some other dishes! We live about 40 min away and it was worth the drive.

    We had the valentines day event meal. Our service was impeccable! We had a wonderful time and have not a single thing we could say that wasn't perfect. The service was wonderful. The food came out hot and perfectly timed to coincide with the other courses of our meal. The ambiance was amazing and we loved the live music!
