   I recently visited The Exchange Pub + Kitchen for Mother's Day, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Having made prior reservations, we were fortunate enough to be seated in a beautiful covered terrace, which added a lovely touch to our celebration. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a family gathering. The service was superb. Our server was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. We started off with the goat cheese fritters, and they were nothing short of outstanding. The crispy exterior gave way to an incredibly creamy interior, reminiscent of the texture of Spanish croquettes. The addition of honey elevated the flavor, making them an absolute must-try. For our main courses, our party of three ordered the Verlasso Salmon Bowl. While it was good, I think next time I will skip the rice and opt for less sauce; I would have preferred some fluffy white steamed Jasmine rice instead. We also tried the fish and chips, which were delicious, and the Voodoo pasta with shrimp that was packed with generous portions of shrimp—definitely a highlight. To finish off our meal, we shared a Matcha cheesecake special, and it was divine. The perfect balance of flavors made it a delightful end to our meal. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially considering this is a pub. I would highly recommend The Exchange Pub + Kitchen to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I will certainly be returning in the future.

   The appetizer arrived 30 minutes after we were seated and 5 minutes before our entrees. Both were delicious but the timing was off

   Popular spot pre-derby for pub fare. Menu wasn't huge with many options but the burger and chicken sandwiches were good

   We took our son to The Exdhange to celebrate his birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. As usual, the food was excellent as was the service. We've been taking meals at The Exchange Kitchen + Pub since it opened and we will continue to do so. It's a great place.

   Everything was very good. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak and frites. It was all cooked well and tasty.

   Such a great experience one of our friends moms was in town and we wanted to take her somewhere new so we chose the exchange and couldn’t have been more happy with our experience. The food was good drinks were fantastic, 10/10 recommend the espresso martini. Emily was our server and she made our experience over the top. Great place!
