    Very much enjoyed my meal at the recent Loyalty Card event - The Exchange is an informal venue tucked away at the end of the Food Hall with lovely pasta & pizza.

    Lovely lunch, my only criticism is that there are not more choices on the metin respect of desserts.

    We had wood fired pizza and they were very tasty, some of my crust was underdone for my taste so left them but pizza toppings were tasty and filling. I would be happy to eat there again. The tables are showing their age and could do with sanding and revarnishing. The service was good and the staff friendly.

    The staff were excellent but the food disappointing. The pizzas were okay but the tagliatelle was poor. The sauce seemed to be just tomato ketchup poured over the meatballs with no seasoning or any other ingredient such as onions. The meatballs were very large and very pink in the middle, which I was assured was normal. The pasta itself was okay.

    We ordered a mushroom pizza with salad and tagliatelle with meat balls and they were well presented and tasty. The service and ambience were great making it an enjoyable lunch. Overall this restaurant has a limited menu consisting mainly of Italian dishes, the food is well cooked and reasonably priced. A good choice for an informal meal.

    Excellent and rapid service. The pizzas were very nice and piping hot delivered quickly to the table. The Jarrolds tea was the best pot of tea I have tasted for some considerable time .Will definitely visit here again.
