   This was the worst bar experience I’ve had in quite some time, if not ever. After doing a lot of research - we travel often and love finding a great speakeasy - and making a reservation weeks ago, we were so excited to check out this spot as the first night in Australia on our honeymoon trip. While the bar decor and live music is lovely, the service is horrific and practically non-existent. It took 10 min after being seated to get water and menus. It took another 10 to get someone to take our order, and then over 15 min more to get our drinks. There was one bartender, one server, and a host/cashier covering a super crowded bar. The bar was covered with trays of dirty glasses. Clearly this place was extremely understaffed. As far as the drinks go, we’ve definitely had better. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Also - we didn’t try the food but you can’t post a review without adding feedback on that item.

   Incredible hosts, loved the live band. Superb drinks. Definitely a lovely night out.

   We came for the martini hour, there were 4 of us - the martini carafe was beautiful and we really enjoyed it, the price is also great, but the service was lackluster.

   The only thing missing this time was something for our coeliac friend to enjoy with the cheese!
