   Our table face out towards the rubbish of the back of the supermarket, over an hour from the time we sat down to getting food and then it came out extremely dry!!!

   Terrible service and very disorganized. A very oily toasted sandwich that came out for all of us and not ideal seeing piles and piles of dirty dishes on the bar

   It was disheartening to see the place shrunk to the size of a small cafe compared to what it was before. Needless to say, the quality of the food and service has gone down accordingly. Had to ask for obvious things like a high chair for my toddler, or to simply warm up a veggie salad. The food was average, and the chips were so salty, I had to return them and ask to take them off the bill. Overall, a miserable experience.

   Ambiance of location, very appealing. Staff very friendly, but lacking in experience (eg. orders missing things, keeping having for things that would generally be on point.) With the busy season approaching, younger staff need more training.

   The gnocchi was stogie and badly presented., the lamb was swimming in tomato sauce.. The waitress whilst very polite but forgot our order of greens which came half way through our meal . Finally piling the used plates on top of one another at the table isn't usual ,I feel she hasn't been taught correctly . I have never before written a bad review and feel uncomfortable doing it ,we have visited several times with no issues but feel we won't be returning especially we had a house guest and thought to give her a treat ,

    Great ambience, rustic and casual, but still has flair. Food is great to share and service is easy and caring. Always a great spot to visit. In colder months ask for a seat near the fireplace.
