   I was surprised on tip charge of 22% for just 1 couple. We only wanted to eat dinner and was charged for the downstairs party which we didn’t go too.

   Empty restaurant, sat us at remote table in corner. Server got order wrong, took 20 minutes to get entree that had been left out. No apologies, no compensation, no concern at all. We live full time at the lake and frequent local establishment often. Unfortunately, the Encore is on our bottom of the list.

   Beautiful venue for having Thanksgiving lunch. The buffet offered everything anyone could desire. Our waitress was great, kept our table free of empty plates and our glasses full of cocktails and water. Glad that we chose to go this way, saved me a lot of time in food prep!!!

   Thanksgiving tradition we have started here and hope to continue! Food is excellent. Service is hit or miss but overall it’s a great time. You can tell the owners have put some real thought and hard work into this place! We really enjoy coming here! Thanks so much for giving a great place to be on Thanksgiving and all year round at the lake!

   I had never been there, and was glad all the other businesses that were offering Thanksgiving dinner were full on reservations. The food was great met the owners, and they were great down to earth people. I will be going back and would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a country type atmosphere

   This place came highly recommended by people and we could see why! Food was great, portions were huge for the burger and sandwich we got with fries. Draft beer selection could be a lot better, very limited and little craft options. We came for the live music and that was great as well. Happy hour specials were not advertised either and our waitress seemed reluctant to tell us about them.
