   The food was okay. The server did not refill water cups, forgot drinks, and never checked on us after the food was delivered, which was also made wrong. We asked for a view, which we did not receive. Overall, would not recommend this place.

   We ate lunch there today and it was our second time at Encore. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be back soon. I had the vegetable soup and it was very good. I will order it next time for sure. It has a rich and delicious base with steak and vegetables. It came with a half of club sandwich which was amazing. We definitely highly recommend Encore!

   Disappointed. We were expecting a fine dining experience based on the menu. Upon arrival, we immediately realized that we would be yelling to talk to each other over the bar-quality live music and loud beer drinking patrons that you would expect at a lake bar on the water. We had a great waitress who understood and agreed with our dissatisfaction with the noise level. Apart from that, though, this dining experience was not one that could be considered ‘fine dining,’ it could be described as ‘overpriced decent food in a loud generally unpleasant environment.’ If you’re visiting the lake and are looking for a classy restaurant to have a pleasant steak and wine dinner, I do not recommend The Encore Lakeside Grill. We have a second home here but will not likely return either.

   Could not have asked for more. The food was delicious, especially the spinach bacon salad. Our waiter Martin, was very lively and accommodating and the guest singer was entertaining! Thank you for a lovely evening.

    Filet was fabulous and I don’t know what seasoning is on their veggies but it is amazing. So much open space that it gets a bit loud for conversation but so worth it

    The server was great. Attentive without being annoying. Food was good but not great. Steak was overcooked. The Brownie dessert was spot on though. Overall it was a meh! Probably wouldn't return except for lunch maybe.

    The food was decent. The atmosphere was fun. The key lime drink was chunky and the server told me that it depends on the day and time and who makes it whether it was good or not. I thought that was odd.

    First of all, this place is enormous and very nice. We sat outside and there were blinds so the sun was tolerable. There weren’t very many people there, but the service seems a bit slow.. The Caesar salad was available with an entree for $3 . It was very good and huge. The bread was very good. Our table had the tuna, the pork chop, and the short ribs. They were big portions and very good, although the pork chop was a bit over cooked. Prices seem reasonable and the have a good happy hour. I would go back.

    Went to Encore for Easter Brunch. Had a great experience there in the past. Easter brunch on this occasion was a disaster. A very long, 30 minute wait in the line for the buffet. The food on the buffet was not restocked and many items were completely gone. The buffet table had food dropped on it through out the table. It was a mess and the wait staff did not seem to care. The omelet I ordered came to my table while I was still in line, so of course it was cold and uneatable The was no opportunity to go back to get food that was missing the 1st round, plus who would want to stand in line for another 30 minutes!

    I was there for the Easter Buffet. Food was great however the serving line was very long. Maybe that should consider setting up separate stations for salads, appetizers, main course and carving stations.

    Easter Brunch has to be sooo difficult for restaurants to manage. The sheer volume is astronomical. However.... The continual line made it hard to get into and out of our seats. Private conversation was difficult, because people were waiting right by our table. The food was terrific, and I would have loved to go back for more. However, there was no way I was waiting in that line again! Rethink the setup and organization of the buffet. There has to be a better way!

    Would definitely recommend this restaurant - has a great atmosphere, food was delicious (we had the Easter brunch), and service was friendly and attentive. Can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the live music and pool area! Also, such a stunning view!!

    Very long lines, all buffet tables set up on one side, so if u had salad already had to wait in line so as to not cut in front of others. There is room to spread things out and then the l8nes would not be so long.

    We sat outside and it was off season thus the noise level was low..beautiful views of the lake. The food was stellar! This was my fist visit to Osage Beach and I’m impressed with the dining. The drink menu was amazing. The wine list is not Napa Valley or big city but had many choices. Excellent service and would definitely highly recommend

    Food needs to be timed better. Our app came out and we no longer plated servings for each of us that the salads came. Then a few minutes later the entrees arrived and we had to ask them to be sent back for a while so we could finish our app / salads. I feel like they were placed under a warmer, because the cheese on my charcuterie pretzel board was kind of warm when it came back. Food was still good, we'll definitely go back - but the dining experience was felt too rushed this time.

    Great service, and he owners came by and talked to us, making sure that we were being taken care of. They (and the wait staff) also told us about weekly and special events happening year-round, and over the summer.

    Food was mixed -- overcooked, but you can tell it would have been really tasty if they didn't miss on the execution. Service was friendly and helpful, but clearly overwhelmed and short-staffed. Atmosphere was extraordinarily loud and oddly partisan. Hard to imagine coming back.

    So disappointed with our first visit to Encore. We heard it was the premiere place to eat at Lake. My soup was cold, the crab cakes tasted bland and they charged us twice for dinner. Our waitress was more interested i chit chatting with other workers than waiting on us. Save your money. It’s overpriced and overrated.

    Great ambiance, nice live music playing, very attentive service. We’ll rounded menu whether you’re interested in keeping it lighter.. appetizers or a sandwich… or a nice steak… all good! Might I add.. a very good wine and cocktail menu!

    We had an hour and a half wait after the reservation time. The food was great, with the exception of the shrimp, which was over cooked. This was New Year’s Eve, it was packed and the wait was ridiculous. We eventually had a manager take care of us and she was amazing. The entertainment was fabulous.
