We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Emporium... Hans was an excellent server-- very knowledgeable about the menu ..Everything about the meal was wonderful, especially the brussel sprouts on my wife's pork chop.... We will definitely be back!!
Great brunch offerings.
Delicious brunch with friendly service. The Emporium is one of our favorite Savannah brunch spots - perhaps because I LOVE the lobster omelette and their cheesy grits. My husband is more adventuresome and generally tries different things, all of which are good too.
We loved this brunch spot! Such a cute restaurant with excellent service!
Ambience and service were great, however, the food was really subpar. It all looked beautiful, but flavor combinations were often not complementary, temperature was wrong on steak, items that were supposed to be crispy were soggy, unimpressive salad was slapped together...really disappointing. I will say the ingredients themselves were very fresh, however, the preparation by the kitchen was subpar. Very, very disappointing considering the price.
Good food but very noisy as always
Outstanding dining experience.
My boss took guests visiting SCAD and sadly was very disappointed in the food.
Delicious food, great service. Tables, however, are close together.
the friday special was saffron seafood stew. It was fabulous. My only complaint was that we had to pay $ 7.00 for bread. Almost all restaurants give you a bread basket included in your meal. Otherwise it was a great meal
Food and service were definitely not worth the money.
We found them on Yelp and they DID NOT disappoint! We were there for our anniversary and got Jason as our waiter! He was fantastic! We had the steak and it was out of this world! I also recommend the Brussels sprout or Cauliflower sides. As most mentioned, it can get pretty loud but it was a fun atmosphere. They also have some fun desserts!
We will definitely be back during our next visit
Tough pork chop, great service. So loud could not hear myself speak. Recommend installing some sound absorbers.
The pasta primavera was so overloaded with basil... just awful. We could hardly eat it. One of us ordered the overpriced ($36) grouper - fish of the day- it was overcooked and generally very dry. One ordered the Sunday special - fried chicken. It was good according to our friend. The pricing was much too high for what we got
We had a group of seven for a bachelorette brunch. We were greeted with beignets and welcomed by the friendly team. The drinks were quick to arrive and the food was excellent. The service was just as great and we all loved our experience. The chicken and biscuits is not to be missed.
Excellent bar cocktails and wine. Limited menu . Fairly well executed . Wife had grilled grouper special on lentils. No sauce and rather flavorless . My lamb rack was good with couscous . Dessert was great . Loved the 1/2 price bubbles special for Valentine’s Day.
Fantastic food and ambiance. The cocktails were really good.
The service was more than expected. The Hostess made me feel comfortable and welcome once we checked in. Our reservation was set for 9 and we sat exactly at 9. The staff executed my special request without question and for that I am grateful. I highly recommend this location for those seeking a. Quality experience and food in Savannah, GA.
The chef was amazing! The meal was probably the best all around dinner I’ve ever had in Savannah. Will definitely go back!
Filet was delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was excellent.
Some dishes were not as described and service was okay.
Always a great experience visiting the Emporium! It has become our favorite laid back restaurant in Savannah.
Everything was perfect. Jason was the best server I’ve ever had.
We came in for restaurant week. We’re locals and will definitely be back. The food and service was wonderful.
Kristin, our server, was amazing! Food was outstanding!
Everything was excellent. The southern fried chicken was delicious. Highly recommend.
This is probably my 10th time in this restaurant in a period of 4 months. The only thing that made me sad was the fact that all the dishes from restaurant week were out, all deserts were all. I am only giving a good grade cause I’ve been many times in this Restaurant to know they are capable of more. But I am not going to lie, it made me very disappointed...
Came here for tests week. The place was not in time with reservations. We didn’t get seated until about 45 min past our reservation time. They weren’t prepared for restaurant week and ran out of a majority of their menu items.
This place is my new go to for a good glass of wine and a relaxing time out with friends.
EXTREMELY LOUD and Crowded!!! We were at a two-top and they had 4-5 tables wedged into a space that should have been for three. We joked with our "neighbors", with one of them saying that they could have easily reached over and helped themselves from our table. I told them that I'd seen airport restaurants that offered more spacing!! I assume the crowdedness led to the extremely slow service. Our server appeared to have 7-8 tables. He was so inattentive, we joked that his nickname should have been "The Invisible Man"!!! I had the Steak Frites ordered medium rare. I make it a habit to NEVER send my food back, as we all hear about the horrible things they do to it before bringing it back, but in this case I had to as my steak was literally COLD (as in straight out of the refrigerator). On a slower night, the atmosphere and décor would have been much more appreciated, as the establishment itself is top notch. As a local, I'll leave The Emporium to the tourists in the future.
Restaurant week menu had quite a variety. Food was delicious!
Absolutely phenomenal. Everything was cooked to perfection and we were treated like family. 5 out of 5 would recommend to anyone.
They sat a large group of us and accommodated us. Food was great and service was better.
Very good. No one was there for brunch at 11:30 so that was surprising since the food was great and place was very cool.
Although the food provided was very good, we were disappointed that at 7:45 PM they were all out of the daily entre special. The service was average, particularly given the price point
We had a wonderful experience. The oysters, mussels, beet salad, and burger were fantastic but the best part of our experience was Kristin our waitstaff. She was excellent!
This was recommended for seafood but I didn’t find very many seafood options. The mussels were good but heavy due to the butter wine sauce (small is enough for one person). The pimento cheese burger was okay. It was juicy but the cheese left a aftertaste that’s I did not like. Would go again but would try something else. The elderflower mimosa was very good though.
Did have gluten free options and gluten free toast.
This is one of our favorite places to eat but NYE was a major bust. Service was very mediocre, I was never informed it was a prix fixe menu and the food options were extremely limited. I hope they will bring back their regular menu for NYE or we will not be dining there again on that night
