Whether seated in our Brasserie dining room, at our marble-topped bar or on our wraparound patio, you'll want to experience our breakfast, lunch, brunch, happy hour, dinner and late night options.
Looking for that ultimate badass burger? We got it.
Just want to relax with friends over perfectly done bowls of mussels and piping hot fries? We got that too.
Located on Walnut Street in Old Town, The Emporium is easy to get to with plenty of street and garage parking available.

It is a good restaurant other than the ridiculous noise level. The room is fairly large and open, the floors are tile, the ceiling tin and the walls hard wood; in other words they did nothing to dampen noise. The result is that you can barely hear the people across the table, you literally have to lean over. My wife as well as my friends had the same complaint.
Our server was awesome, the food was delicious. It was for my mother's Birthday and she absolutely love it!
Music was too loud for a reasonable adult conversation. Sent an email stating that we'd like a nice quiet table for a birthday, but never had a response to the email and it didn't appear that the staff had any idea. Food was very tasty although prices seem to be really escalating.
Great food, great service and a fun environment
Amazing food with excellent attentive service. Loved lamb and bison dishes as well as the desserts!
Great service and great food! Highly recommend this restaurant!
For Valentine’s Day the unique menu was good, however the pasta wasn’t good compared to the price we paid for it
Very romantic evening. Food was perfect and the service was good.
Great atmosphere!! We sure enjoyed our special Valentine's evening at the Emporium. The staff were attentive and ready to offer suggestions when needed.
The Emporium would have received a much better review had our server not delivered our dinners about 5 minutes after she brought our appetizer...a very nice charcuterie board. Their timing needs a lot of work.
The staff was amazing! Food outstanding, well definitely be back!
Note to update:
The menu on the website is not accurate to the menu at the restaurant.
When making a reservation during happy hour time, you should note you have to sit in a special area for HH good.
FANTASTIC! Our server Valerie was wonderful, kind and welcoming, I can't wait to go back!
I rarely write negative reviews but our service was awful. Our server would leave for expended periods of time, paid very little attention to our table, and ignored our requests (for example a water refill and a glass of ice) until we asked a second time. He was borderline rude. I've eaten at the Emporium several times and chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. It was disappointing that our server made it such an unpleasant celebration.
It was fine.
I don’t even live in Fort Collins, but I have already been to Emporium twice! They have great food (healthy and delicious and mindful of dietary restrictions), friendly service, and a fun and lively atmosphere (very spacious and welcoming)! I’ve been here only for brunch but I hear happy hour and dinner are worth checking out. The coffee bar makes excellent drinks, too. Highly recommend!
Wine is a bit pricey but the beef Wellington was amazing ! Great service!
Birthday brunch for my Mom. Great food and service !
My friends and I came here for brunch and had a good time. The only hiccup was when I ordered the quiche of the day as described by the server, and when it arrived it was a totally different quiche. Our server was quick to offer the other dish I was considering before settling on the quiche so that was nice. Everybody enjoyed their food and the service was good as well. Good brunch spot in Fort Collins. It is nice they take reservations as well.
Meeting friends before a concert and really enjoyed their wine list and charcuterie board. Great atmosphere and exceptional service!
We were disappointed that one of our gift cards would not work that we got as a e-gift card. There was no online place to figure out why.
New Year’s Eve. Too loud and menu was too limited on meat side as elk sausage wasn’t a good option and my guest doesn’t do seafood.
We went there for NYE. Food was perfect. Service great and the place is gorgeous!
Went for the New Year’s Prix Fixe dinner. Our food here in the past has been notable, creative and delicious. We were not as happy with the new chef and this meal was good but not memorable. I sent my salmon back because it was dry and flavorless. The next was more moist, not medium rare, still little flavor, no sauce, dry lentils and nominal. The other courses were better—liked the escargot calzone and the crab cakes were good. Vegetable layered hash, not terribly appetizing. Dessert was pretty and nice. WAY too many micro greens! Overall, not a good value at $65.
It was fun to be there on New Year’s Eve and everyone was nice, service good.
Had Christmas dinner at The Emporium. It was busy and they were a bit short staffed so it took awhile but the server tried to keep up with everyone as best he could. They offered their Brunch menu for the day so the selection was modest but everyone found something they could enjoy. We will for sure return to try out their dinner menu.
We were glad that the Emporium was open on Christmas Day. Thank you! We had a nice meal, and we’re happy to know about this place. We hadn’t been up to Ft. Collins in quite a while. We would definitely eat there again. It’s quite a concept.
You'll get good food, courteous service, and excellent drinks here.
What a delightful experience! Our first time here. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant and accommodating. It was busy, but not crowded and not noisy. Even though we were early, we were seated right away and there was no waiting for service. The waiter was great - we shared two dishes, & the food was served already split onto separate plates. The prices are just right.
It's a lovely space, I can't say enough - we thoroughly enjoyed it & I look forward to returning again soon.
Great ambiance! ....we had high hopes for Xmas eve dinner to celebrate our anniversary. However, salmon was undercooked and while staff kindly offered to redo the dish, that meant that my husband and I had to eat in shifts - not ideal or festive. I would have appreciated a discount on the meal, considering...
Service excellent. Drinks were excellent but took a minimum of 10-15 minutes to arrive after each order. We were surprised to find out our table was in a meeting room not the restaurant proper. Two dishes were good but most was pedestrian . Desserts were good. Unfortunately not the value I expected. Many better places in NoCo.
We were celebrating a graduation and arrived early for our reservation. They were very accommodating and were able to seat us early. The food and wine were excellent and service was great. I will gladly be coming back.
Really lovely lunch at the Emporium. The food quality is very good, as are the cocktails.
Really enjoyed our time at the Emporium. It would be nice to be introduced to the entire building and what it has to offer to understand the full spectrum. It was slightly chilly so we keep our coats on, I was hoping for a warmer ambiance in the winter. Food and drink was terrific. It is slightly noisy even without a full crowd.
Very nice place! Great wait staff and food. Well prepared and presented dishes. Great wine selection!
For our Saturday brunch/lunch time meal it was not too full so not too noisy. A friend and I spent a long, relaxed time at our table eating lunch and sipping our respective coffee and tea. We both loved our tomato soup and large crab cake. There was no pressure to leave and we were able to have a comfortable conversation since it was not too noisy and there was a good distance between tables at the window. Having not been to the Emporium for a while I must confess to a bit to sticker shock when I got my check, but good crab cakes - ones that are crab, not breading - are always a pricey item. Service was excellent - attentive but not intrusive.
Fantastic as always! The Emporium never disappoints. Personal favorites are the Friday and Saturday specials. Great selection of wines. The cocktail “autumn in fort pimm’s” is delicious!
While staying at The Elizabeth I made it a practice to eat breakfast, lunch (when possible) and dinner at The Emporium. It was just a short walk from my room, so very convenient. :)
I have to tell you that the Hotel, food, employees, management and staff delivered the most amazing experience that I have had in a long time. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel not only at home, but very special.
First thing in the morning I would hit the Bowerbird coffee bar for a hot cup of java while I waited for the Restaurant to open. There is a comfortable seating area to sit, relax and browse the web. Plus, all the staff was more than happy to engage in a conversation.
Time for breakfast and the choices were many but not too many. Of course, I am a bit of a health nut so the kitchen staff was more than happy to customize my order exactly to my liking.
After a little work, I would return for a light salad for lunch, again the staff customized my meal.
Then a bit more work and back for dinner....I usually started at the bar. The bar staff was truly amazing, funny and engaging. It was interesting to learn each of their histories and how they came to work at the hotel.
As with Breakfast and Lunch, I asked the kitchen to prepare a slightly modified meal for my way of eating and again they always came through with flying colors.
I know that this is a review of the restaurant, but I just have to say a few things about my room, all the rooms actually. Each room comes with a record player and there is a huge assortment of albums to choose from, what a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and the internet was fast. The room was very home like, just seemed to fit like an old shoe, if you know what I mean.
I will finish the review on Yelp
Food is good but portions are small and the prices are very highly for what you get.
The food and table service were fantastic. The hostess was a bit overly controlling and even though the restaurant was nearly empty around us and we had early reservations she refused to sit us in a more comfortable table for our needs. Someone else stepped in and moved us per our request. The restaurant was still half empty when we left. It seems the hostess practices are disconnected from the rest of the restaurants five star level.
There are very limited appetizers on this menu. Also not many gluten free options they are not even identified. The wine market is the best part of the restaurant. My bison short ribs were a very small portion .
