This restaurant has a nice mix of healthier food choices (including vegetarian with option to make it pescatarian) but also some less healthy food choices if that's the mood you're in. The portions are nice, the drink options are fun and excellently mixed (cocktails), and the ambience is really chill. The only thing that I would think could improve the restaurant would potentially be more appetizer options but that's a small thing!! Service was great, everyone was lovely. :-) We had a great time!
Outstanding meal, service and atmosphere……the food was fantastic
My bourbon old fashioned was just right. We shared the squash soup which was delicious. Hubby enjoyed the breadboard. Then we shared the salmon dish which included mashed potatoes and Brussels. It was great, salmon cooked perfectly. We will of course keep Emporium on our regular rotation of great Fort Collins restaurants.
Absolutely delicious! The matcha 44, bread board and pork chop made for the perfect meal. Out of town guests were impressed as well.
Poor ratings due to not being notified that restaurant was closed to staff issue. Ok with decision. Just should’ve been notified. Had guests in town and scrambled to find somewhere to dine.
Hi Bob, We apologize for the short notice of our closure. We did attempt to contact all reservations and leave messages if we couldn't speak to the guest directly. I reached out privately with my information, and hope to see you back soon.
Great food and service, as always!
We are in Ft. Collins for our anniversary weekend. This was our first time dining at The Emporium. It was great! We start with the Mussels n’duja. I order the Vegetable Orecchiette with braised beef. My husband order the Boneless Beef Shortrib. Both were delicious!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. Shrimp and grits is a must.

Dinner was just okay. Nothing spectacular like the settings promote. Great atmosphere but food was not seasoned enough or too much. The chef is not paying attention.

Excellent meatloaf in very pleasant setting. Definitely going back.
food, cocktails and service were top notch. Looking forward to coming back.
Knowledgeable waitstaff, present managers, and excellent food options. Highlights for my experience included the arugula salad, muscles mariniere, and the shrimp and grits, though everything I sampled had high points.
It was clean and there was enough room between tables where there isn’t an audible din in the room, but still a general feeling of bustle and activity.
Quite an enjoyable experience and somewhat of a hidden gem!
Thanks for the experience!

Everything we had was great! The shrimp and grits had so much flavor, my friends pork chop was amazing. And the service was fantastic as usual.
Great place to eat while staying at the Elizabeth Hotel however not open much do to staff shortage. Its sad that they cant be open for breakfast or a brunch on a Sunday.
Food is wonderful fresh and great presentation.
Blake is an exceptional server.
Great food and great service.
Thank you for choosing Emporium Kitchen and Wine Market Fort Collins and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Brunch after our daughters wedding. Everything was excellent!

I love the food but every time I’ve come here, the staff seems… confused. Weird delays, bad directions, missing items, etc. I hope it’s a covid thing bc I love the ambiance, but I wouldn’t plan an important meal here.
Hi Victoria, Thank you for taking time to review The Emporium and give us your feedback. We are so sorry that the service you received did not live up to your expectations. I take what you have said very seriously and will address with my team. I have reached out privately with my information so we can discuss this further.
The food was excellent and the service was great. The cocktails left much to be desired. I presume the bartenders were inexperienced in mixing a variety of traditional cocktails.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, Karen! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your food. We will pass along your feedback and positive comments to our management team. We hope to see you again soon!
Food was great, service was great, our whole experience with The Elizabeth Hotel, The Emporium (dinner, breakfast & drinks!) & The Magic Rat was perfect.
Brunch for 4 hit $150 (with three mimosas). Food was good but short of amazing as nothing was particularly unique, especially for the cost. Service was attentive. If location wasn’t in the upscale Elizabeth Hotel, this would disappoint. I won’t rush back but all-in-all was a pleasant experience.
Thank you Pamela for your feedback regarding your recent visit with us! I will pass along your positive remarks and feedback to our staff and management team. Thank you for choosing Emporium Kitchen and Wine Market.
There's no doubt the atmosphere at Emporium significantly increases the positive responses now that FoCo is "on the map". Overall, our experience was good. Our server was friendly, basically competent, but nothing really stands out. I enjoyed my salmon entree, and my husband ordered the steak. His steak was pink at Emporium's idea of medium. My friend had a pasta dish and added chicken. I noticed she had a generous bowl of pasta in broth, but 2 pieces of chicken and barely any vegetables. I'm glad I didn't order that dish; it would have been disappointing. We had a bottle of wine, and a meat appetizer board for a total of 4 people. No desserts or coffee. Our part of the bill was $100. I say, okay...... it was a treat, but honestly; not rushing back.
Good morning, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your thoughts. Notes like this are extremely valuable for us to make the improvements needed for a more positive guest experience. We really do want you to come rushing back. As we reopen and continue to build our teams, we need to be more focused on meeting our guests needs across the board.
Beautiful entry into Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium restaurant is a friendly classy bar. Love the casual, sleek ambiance. Happy hour is delish and reasonable -cocktails, mussels, charcuteries, excellent butternut squash soup ❣️
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, Tina! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed happy hour with us. We will pass along your feedback and positive comments to our management team. We hope to see you again soon!
We sat outside, but the umbrellas to shade us from the sun were worthless. They don’t tilt or lower and are in the completely wrong spot.
Beautiful space with a limited, but very flavorful, menu
The food was great, the service was great and the hotel is beautiful! Nice place for Sunday Brunch!
Mother’s Day. Very relaxing, nice atmosphere. A nice combination of busy and vibrant and enough space to relax.
Our experience with this restaurant has not been good. The first night, we had the Sirloin Steak and the meatloaf. The steak was an awful cut and full of gristle. My meatloaf and creamed corn side were cold. The service that night was good and very attentive.
The next night we had mussels as an appetizer, which were honestly the worst mussels I have ever eaten. Full of sand and again ice cold. The charcuterie and the cheese board are completely underwhelming for the price. Would not eat there again.
Emporium was good American hotel food. Not the best restaurant in Fort Collins, but convenient.
Thank you so much for taking the time for writing this beautiful review
Food came out fast and tasted amazing!
Excellent food, menu has interesting, delicious options. Very good cheese plate.
Emporium is always great - one of our favorite go to places in town. Great happy hour or dinner...
Lovely atmosphere and service. Food was fine but nothing special. I’d go again for cocktails and vibe.
Great food for a good price. We will definitely return.
Fabulous Easter Brunch!! - Tabitha and her staff graciously accommodated my allergy restrictions, and provided a most pleasant dining experience for me and my family! Everything was outstanding from start to finish!
We were there Friday night and were so disappointed in the charcuterie boards, like embarrassed. Sunday was great however.
We had Easter Brunch at The Emporium in The Elizabeth Hotel. Wonderful!! The Ambience and Food were excellent and our server, Chandler was delightful!! Highly recommend!! We will visit again.
