The food was great, the service was great and the hotel is beautiful! Nice place for Sunday Brunch!
Mother’s Day. Very relaxing, nice atmosphere. A nice combination of busy and vibrant and enough space to relax.
Our experience with this restaurant has not been good. The first night, we had the Sirloin Steak and the meatloaf. The steak was an awful cut and full of gristle. My meatloaf and creamed corn side were cold. The service that night was good and very attentive.
The next night we had mussels as an appetizer, which were honestly the worst mussels I have ever eaten. Full of sand and again ice cold. The charcuterie and the cheese board are completely underwhelming for the price. Would not eat there again.
Emporium was good American hotel food. Not the best restaurant in Fort Collins, but convenient.
Thank you so much for taking the time for writing this beautiful review
Food came out fast and tasted amazing!
Excellent food, menu has interesting, delicious options. Very good cheese plate.
Emporium is always great - one of our favorite go to places in town. Great happy hour or dinner...
Lovely atmosphere and service. Food was fine but nothing special. I’d go again for cocktails and vibe.
Great food for a good price. We will definitely return.
Fabulous Easter Brunch!! - Tabitha and her staff graciously accommodated my allergy restrictions, and provided a most pleasant dining experience for me and my family! Everything was outstanding from start to finish!
We were there Friday night and were so disappointed in the charcuterie boards, like embarrassed. Sunday was great however.
We had Easter Brunch at The Emporium in The Elizabeth Hotel. Wonderful!! The Ambience and Food were excellent and our server, Chandler was delightful!! Highly recommend!! We will visit again.
Great time! Awesome good and service.
Our service was excellent with server offering us tastings of champagne and cava for us to chose from but we went with bottles from the shelves. Decent selection and pricing. Something for everyone on the food menu. Short ribs were excellent and the added smashed potatoes were a favorite. Meat loaf could have used a little au jus or sauce on top. It reminds me of a bistro in Europe. They were friendly and helpful in changing my future reservation on busy Easter which I greatly appreciated.
Wonderful! Our first night out IN a restaurant since last March. Drinks and food were outstanding!
It's a weird space: it's too big to be a brasserie, it's not sophisticated enough to be a restaurant; it seems more like a market, aside from the big bar, which is cool.
Wonderful place for a happy hour. The happy hour drinks are five dollars and we come here often.
Lousy vegetarian option, only one and it wasn't good. The pork chop was great, but the ambiance for dinner is odd and unappealing, the wine store/bar/restaurant combo makes for a weird vibe for dinner... definitely not a location to take a date!
Had a great meal and an awesome server. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!!
We enjoyed happy hour treats and drinks. The sliders were wonderful but the chicken wings were outstanding, especially the hot dipping sauce. Our drinks were enjoyable and we all decided we will return for dinner again soon. Cheers!
The patio was lovely, the day was lovely, and we had a great time. The food was delicious, as were the elderberry mimosas. Our server Sarah was attentive and personable.
Great Restaurant! The food and service was phenomenal. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re in Fort Collins.
Everything was delicious! Our server was great!
Thank you Alison! I hope you will visit us again soon! Cheers! Daniel B. AGM, Food and Beverage
Service and ambiance were amazing!
We did have to wait a little bit up front for the hostess to get to us. But other than that the service was above par.
And we absolutely loved the ambiance.
The food was not great, bland and a little...greasy? My mom had the brick chicken and she had to peel the greasy skin off to get to the chicken. I had the pasta and it was definitely bland, and served in a light brown soup.
I do want to try brunch here, it may have just been an off night! I would still recommend for a special occasion!

We had a great evening celebrating our anniversary. The menu had ample selections ... I am not a fan of shrimp and grits, but these werw as tasty as they sounded. We took our time and never felt pressured. Our waitress (Valerie) was the best, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and great to talk to.
The food was good. It was a little loud in the dining room. We would prefer it to be a quieter setting.
The food was excellent! Had the short rib and salmon. Cooked perfect!
Our bloody mary's were VERY salty, and the vegetarian panini was a little bland. The ambiance was lovely though!

We came for Valentine's Day brunch! Amazing service and delicious food
Great cocktails at the bar, great service...only ate some french fries with our drinks, but they were good as well!
The steak melted in your mouth so tender. Will be going back for sure
Had an amazing Valentine's dinner here. The holiday-specific menu that evening was on point. Had the delicious mussels for an app, and the beef cheek with the lobster tail was maybe one of the best meals we've ever had. That's only the beginning. The entire staff was fantastic and accomodating. We felt like we were regulars there, even though it was our first time. Glad I was able to get a last-minute reservation. We'll be back very soon.
We came for happy hour but they didn’t have happy hour prices due to valentines weekend. This was not communicated when I made the reservation. Also the server was very rude and it felt like we were a burden on him. Very upset with our first experience as we were looking forward to trying out this spot.

Service was a little slow, but was good otherwise. The meatloaf was delicious.
The food was a great curation of flavors and an excellent atmosphere
A hip spot, but I’m staying in the hotel and I expect better food at a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. Had one meal. Very unimpressed. Will walk in cold temps to get better food.
