    We were using this as a place to meet with relatives we had not seen in many years. We had a great time and they did not throw us out when we finished our meal! Food and drink were excellent and, at the middle of the day, each person could have lunch or breakfast as they desired. I had the clam chowder - maybe the best I've ever had.

    We had high hopes for our meal here, based on the positive reviews. We had a good time, but that was DESPITE the food, not because of it. The margaritas from the bar were flavorless. The filet (served with cold French fries and brown “gravy”) was palatable only when dipped in ketchup. The ambience was nice but we definitely won’t be back.

    Kicked off my birthday weekend here for dinner and then drinks & good music at Magic Rat. Our server was wonderful - very kind, had great advice and was very welcoming. Opted to try out the rigatoni with oyster mushrooms and it was SO good! The sauce was so tasty, not heavy in the least and at her recommendation , I had it with shrimp which was grilled to perfection. Tried a couple of the mocktails and her recommendation based on our interests was absolutely perfect for that as well. We shared the housemade cheesecake and were not disappointed - it was so light and flavorful. The restaurant got pretty busy but we couldn't help noticing how wonderfully the staff worked together to bus tables and accomodate her diners. Highly recommend =) Thanks Emporium for helping kick off the birthday weekend well =)

    We really enjoyed this restaurant. We had the trout and shrimp and grits. To drink we had a pineapple whiskey sour and a non-alcoholic grapefruit drink. We really enjoyed our drinks and food and will definitely return.

    Some guests were loud and noisy making it difficult to carry on a conversation across the table. After they left, it was much better. Food was very good. Service was outstanding.

    It is always worth it coming here from the service to the food. Both are always on point. Great wine selection and the food choices are for any palate. We love coming alone or with friends.

    Literally the best food I have ever had. Kim was an amazing server and was very considerate of our dietary restrictions. Best place in Fort Collins for fine dining I have experiences thus far.

    Great dinner on our last night during freshman move in week. Food was amazing and the service attentive without being overwhelming. Good selection of wines and the mocktails were tasty. We both had fish entrees and the quality was excellent. Loved the space and vibe of the place. Looking forward to having the opportunity to stop by again. Wished we had had room for dessert

    Kayla was amazing and every dish was great. The green goddess salad, friend fontina, trout, rigatoni and chicken were all fantastic. We loved being able to grab our own wine from the wine store. Venue was beautiful.

    This place is worth it!! I had the oyster mushroom pasta and it was delicious! They have mock tails and multiple other drinks!! Overall I would recommend.

    My parents and I stopped in here on a road trip for dinner, looking for good quality food with local flavors. The dinner was excellent, our server Kim was fantastic and ensured we were well looked after, and the overall experience was very good. The dining room's ambiance is a little loud, but it was comfortably tolerable. Definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner.

    My salad was delicious but my sister’s salad Nicose was not. The tuna was hard and rubbery and the salad dressing was too sharp and bitter.

    We had a reservation to eat in the dining room and arrived early. We chose to sit at and eat at the bar. The bartender. Cat was delightful she knew her gin and they have a lovely selection. Food was fabulous as was the service

    The dining area of the Emporium is bright and open and airy; it was a lovely place on a summer evening. The food was surprising and tasty—we had, for instance, beet fries, which had a lovely cheese dip with them. And the service was great; our server was very attentive and friendly. We'll be back!

    We had a reservation & were initially seated right by the hosted. Very odd choice since there were plenty of tables. We asked to be moved. Server was very good & pleasant. We were disappointed with entrees. Too much oil in shrimp & grits. Duck was too smoky. The rest of the meal was delicious.

    Steaks were average and very over priced. “Signatures cocktails” were not prepared well. Service was below average despite it not being very busy. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

    Food and drinks were great! Service was distracted by incoming "private party". We were seated in an awkward location, assuming that was due to the private party (even though the restaurant was empty when we arrived). Not sure why they accepted our online reservation if they were preparing for the another party.

    Overall, very average. Drinks were weak, no cocktail napkins, table was unstable and needed wedges under one side to prevent rocking. Cheese tray had very little substance; mostly just very cheap ingredients. Noise level was insane; nearly impossible to carry on conversation. For such a highly-touted restaurant, they should do much better.

    The food was good, but not at par with fine dining in our opinion. The $40 steak was still just a good steak (not amazing) with french fries and gravy. The shrimp and grits was good, but had only 5 shrimp and was nothing to write home about. The $12 cheesecake was a pretty small piece with strawberry basil only in the sauce (otherwise just a normal cheesecake). My husband and I thought that the pricing of the menu did not meet the ambiance- the room feels airy and has a market feel like a lunch place, not a sultry fine dining dinner feel.

    Excellent dinners for all of us. The noise level is a bit high but the combination of high the ceiling and lots of windows equates to sound bouncing all around. Service was great and our out-of-town guests were quite pleased!

    Food was excellent - my Mushroom Rigatoni entree was a revelation - delicious and different. Clam chowder was terrific also. Service was good but too much confusion for a restaurant at this level. I had to ask for creme sugar and teaspoon with my coffee. Desert came and we sat waiting for utensils. I ordered a local beer and it took so long the waiter felt the need to explain that they needed to go "downstairs' to get it. But everything was serviced hot or cold as it should be. The noise level was "OK" but it wasn't busy so that might be a problem on a busy evening. Seemed pricey to me but we will go back for a special occasion.

    Don't like that they added a tip for the kitchen staff. Spent over $500 for our dinner. Pay your staff properly. It's not my responsibility. Took the kitchen tip out of the waiters 20%.

    Went for breakfast during CSU graduation weekend. The rose latte was so good we bought a couple bags of two types of coffee beans. Good was GREAT and big portions...2 of us shared the chicken/waffles and it was plenty. Another had the homemade hash and loved it. Definitely will go back when I'm in Fort Collins. GREAT staff and we didn't want for a thing.

    There were no issues with our food but I did find it slightly over priced. But then again, everything is these days! There was a $4 kitchen appreciation fee added to our bill (2 people in our party) which I didn’t appreciate. We waited a long time for our food. It was tasty but it didn’t wow us.

    Our dinner was fine. Medium rare steak was a bit overdone but expensive with no vegetable, only fries. The trout was good, the little red peppers were a nice addition. The dessert was bad- chocolate peanut butter bomb. Super stale.

    Went for anniversary dinner with another couple. Nice cocktails (pricey) and great choices for appetizers and small plates. Clam chowder was wonderful with tuna Nichoise salad made a great meal. Shrimp and grits very tasty and filling. Service was perfect.
