   Music was very loud for being the what I would say is the family time since 8pm and later is 21 yrs or older. Food and service was great otherwise.

   The experience was absolutely fantastic! I haven’t been anywhere that was so elaborately decked out with themed decor. It was truly picture worthy and the staff/food was good too!

    We asked in our reservation to please be accommodated with a low table because I’m disabled. I called the night before and asked for them to ensure they had the request. They said they would try. I stressed that we were driving from an hour and a half away. The next morning they called to confirm the reservation. I again asked them to make sure that we had a low table and they said it was in the reservation and wasn’t a problem. We get there 20 minutes early and they said it would be a few minutes to be seated. While waiting we went back to the host stand and confirmed they had a low table. They said no, they had us booked for a high table! Like, seriously? Then they said they could try and get us a low table but it might be awhile. We watched as another group who came after us was sat at a low table that was open and we continued to wait. Finally we got a booth and we were so frustrated that we just ended up getting drinks and leaving and getting dinner elsewhere. We were there for my birthday and it was all my best friend and I were looking forward to for weeks because we love Wicked and wanted to see the Wicked Pop Up. I think they need to be a little more accommodating to disabled guests especially when I asked MULTIPLE times if they could accommodate us. Very disappointed. The only bright spot was our waitress was amazing and the drinks, while a bit costly were good!
