   We asked in our reservation to please be accommodated with a low table because I’m disabled. I called the night before and asked for them to ensure they had the request. They said they would try. I stressed that we were driving from an hour and a half away. The next morning they called to confirm the reservation. I again asked them to make sure that we had a low table and they said it was in the reservation and wasn’t a problem. We get there 20 minutes early and they said it would be a few minutes to be seated. While waiting we went back to the host stand and confirmed they had a low table. They said no, they had us booked for a high table! Like, seriously? Then they said they could try and get us a low table but it might be awhile. We watched as another group who came after us was sat at a low table that was open and we continued to wait. Finally we got a booth and we were so frustrated that we just ended up getting drinks and leaving and getting dinner elsewhere. We were there for my birthday and it was all my best friend and I were looking forward to for weeks because we love Wicked and wanted to see the Wicked Pop Up. I think they need to be a little more accommodating to disabled guests especially when I asked MULTIPLE times if they could accommodate us. Very disappointed. The only bright spot was our waitress was amazing and the drinks, while a bit costly were good!

   So cute and so fun. i loved the wicked theme and would definitely come back for other themes

   The pop ups were not advertised well, we were expecting much more and were very disappointed that we travelled so far for something that took us 2 seconds to see. Our pizza was burnt, and when we asked our server about it she stated “it’s a wood fire pizza. Sometimes they just come out like that”. The cheese was at the point of inedible. Would not rush back.

   Food was ok. Drinks were good. The decor was amazing!!! Even the bathrooms were wicked themed. Waitress didn’t come around enough. We needed refills and she wasn’t around. It wasn’t terribly business when we went.

    Wasn’t as nice as it seemed on tiktok. The menu was boring. The photo opps looked cheap and the lighting was bad, it seemed like they drew you in with the photo opps but they weren’t even thought out.
