Thu–Sat 11:30 am–2:00 am
Food over priced and cold by time reached our table. Food was just "ok". The show they were supposed to have was slow moving and very disappointing.
Not what I expected, menu limited and expensive for what the choices were, which is typical for Disney
Dining. Portions were good, our waiter was attentive atmosphere was nice. Took a long time to get our cocktail and dinner. Our reservation was for 8pm and we weren’t seated until 820pm. Overall was OK, not sure that I would go back for dinner.
Food was decent, ambiance was great, service was tolerable. Seating arraignments are tight and some seem to be an after thought. Handcrafted drinks were great. Food portions were acceptable. Overall it was a decent place, but would not return until i have had a chance to eat at all of the other Disney Springs restaurants.
Our waiter never refilled our drinks, we were double charged and the food was not worth the price. The $22 hamburger was much smaller than you would imagine a $22 sandwich would cost. We would’ve had a better time just going to a cheaper restaurant down the way.
The vibe is amazing, but the food is crazy over priced and not worth the money, at all. It was very disappointing. My advice is go after 9:30pm for drinks and to check out the live entertainment. Don’t waste your money if the food.
Very cool amosphere. Great food very fun date night in Disney
Great find for an adult family dinner. Would dine again.
We had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat at our table, even though we were on time for our reservation. Once seated we received our appetizer quickly but then had to wait a while for our meals. The food was expensive for what you get; the price of the cocktails is particularly high.
My overall experience was less than satisfactory. The food is good, but rediculously overpriced. The staff are all extremely unfriendly which was weird being in a Disney area. The candied bacon was good and the prime rib was too. However, They should get a new stock manager and wait staff. They were all out of a few items. They were out of the pretzel buns after pushing it. And out of the puff pastry after telling us how good it was. I wouldn’t say this place is friendly at all for people with food allergies. There was no menu or listing what is gluten free. And when asked what items were the waiter simply said “whatever doesn’t have bread” which is not true since gluten can be in several products other than bread. He also instead of just telling us on the menu what the options were he had us just list whatever we’re thinking and then tell us if it had gluten or not. The vibe was cute, the food was decent (what they had in stock) but I wouldn’t go again or recommend.
Really neat place. Food was excellent quality and taste but not a lot of choices. Bar menu and drinks were excellent. Amazing building and decor! Staff was nice and accommodating. Very good overall
Food terribly overpriced. I know it’s on Disney property but $10 for a small side of fries and $22 for, maybe 6oz, a burger is a bit steep.
Server mixed up the ccs and ant charged and mangers attitude was your friends y’all handle it. He didn’t want the hassle of fixing the problem.
Would not go back to many other places in the area with better food for the price.
The cocktails were phenomenal, and the entertainment was top notch. The food was simple but great.
I loved the atmosphere, the food, and the live entertainment until 11:30 or so when it became less twenties themed and more like cruise ship dance floor for middle aged singles. I would recommend it and I would go back but I would not stay for the late night scene.
Love this restaurant, I’ve been here 3 times now and every single time has been great. It is beautiful and amazing inside, lots to look at with Disney cartoons playing on the walls. The service is fantastic and the food comes out quick and just how I ask for it. All in all, my favorite restaurant!
At The Edison I experienced average food with good service. I would give it an additional visit prior to writing it off completely. My table was at an awkward location on the upper level and the food was not overly exciting.
Our server was good but I wasn’t impressed with the menu selection or the food itself. I understand that his restaurant is located on Disney property and EVERYTHING is expensive there, but the was just ok. $20 for a chicken sandwich with bland French fries is too much even for Disney. Also the tables and chairs were tiny and we were very close to everyone sitting near us. I couldn’t get up without hitting someone and I’m small. $15 a drink just what it is in the area but they were actually delicious and I didn’t hesitate to order a second one. The entertainment doesn’t start until 9:30 so going there at 7:30 felt like a complete waste.
Had a great time at the Edison! I saw it while strolling in Disney Springs and thought it would be great to catch up with some family I hadn't seen in a while. Seating was prompt - 2/3 of the party arrived 30 minutes early and were able to be sat immediately, and order a few drinks while they waited. They do have a really interesting cocktail list. Most are more whiskey heavy, but they have a few with simple vodka. For vegans, they have the impossible burger, although it isn't listed on the menu. Just ask! Other members of my party had the grilled cheese (she loved it) and a salad (she said it was ok). During the meal the waiter did break my sunglasses, however the manager was able to fix them with superglue, saving my eyes from the sun.
We came for our wedding anniversary, wasn’t informed that the dancers we not performing on website it stated otherwise. Service was so-so but the atmosphere and food was great
Was not what I was expecting since I have gone to The Edison in Tallahassee, Florida and found out they are not affiliated, but was impressed with meal selection, food quality, flavor and had a great time.
Food and service were outstanding! Went with the family for my sons birthday. Everyone cleared their plates and I can’t say enough great things about the service. Everyone employee was on their A game.
Nice job! Looking forward to coming back.
Went here after reading a review about it. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Food was fantastic, service was STELLAR! (I think our waitress was Megan? Amazing.) my mom ordered salmon and the kitchen hadn’t notified our waitress that they were out until she went back to check on our food. They comped her meal and upgraded it to Mahi Mahi! Would definitely come back.
We were very excited for another meal at The Edison. It's a cool place, service is great and employees are nice. I ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese again, as I was SO amazing the time before. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak. His came out piping hot and he said it was delicious. However, my soup came out cold (no warmth to it at all) my sandwiches were burned on one side and was also cold. It was like they cooked my meal, put it to the side and then cooked his. The sandwich was edible, sorts, but I sent the soup back. The bowl I got back was nice and piping hot, which I then dipped my sandwich in it and that melted my cheese. It was disappointing to receive food this was; it's an 18 dollar sandwich and soup. The waitress did speak to her manager and we were offered a free dessert. We gratefully declined as neither of us had room for it. We then closed out with her to free her table up and went to the bar for a cocktail. The bartender was very friendly and the cocktails were great. Despite the food issue, we will go back.
Took the wife out for the night and we both had a great time. We loved the show.
Noisy , poor food, flat sodas, hard to catch your server, slow to get bill.
It's a great place to eat and be entertained. The food was ok, not worth the price and our service was very slow, I will say the waitor made an effort to make it right but I do not find it worth the money. But the ambiance its fantastic.
Went for a birthday party. The fish tacos came out COLD and less then 2oz of fish. Sent it back to get a Raw burger served to me. Complained to 2 different managers, and the woman manager was so passe that I had to demand she do more to fix the situation's. They give you a business card, for "free drinks" if you return, but who wants to go back? They didn't have carbonation drinks, and 1/2 the beers require co2 to pour. Al the servers were dressed in everyday clothing, only 1 man in steam punk. 1 person on stilts. It really didn't live up to my expectations of a steampunk club
A blast from the past. Roaring 20s jazz with a modern twist.
We had Bobby as a server who was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the menu and pleasant to talk to. We had the mac and cheese as a appetizer. My wife had a burger and I had the fish tacos. Would definitely go back.
though food was overpriced.
service was very slow.
I made a reservation for my boyfriend and I on our anniversary for 9pm so we would be there for the show. The website says live performances every night at 9:30 and also says that the venue turns into an adults only cabaret at 10pm. I specifically made our reservations for this purpose. At 10:30 I asked when the show started and the man had to go and ask and returned to say it is only thurs-sat. Nowhere on the website does it specify - it is misleading and makes it seem like it's a nightly show. I would've made our reservation for another night If it said thurs-sat. The drinks and food were ok but overpriced for the quality. The band was good until they took a break and returned to perform out of costume. Someone comes to your table to take a photo for a "complimentary postcard" which is a bunch of ads with your photo in the middle ans then offer to sell you the photos alone for $15-20. This comes off as predatory. The green fairy is a nice touch popping around to tables with her potions. We also felt the place wouldve been nicer with a dress code as the guests in pool attire take away from the theming. Overall we were definitely disappointed.
Cool place! In terms of food taste for the price.... worst in all of Disney
Will be going back soon! This place was amazing and really unexpected.
Great place! The hostess could have been a little more friendly and I was disappointed I was not seated where I requested so my husband and I could enjoy the show for our anniversary. But the food and service were great! Next time I’ll double check I will be seated in the right place.
Awesome experience! We got a table right up front to watch the show.
We went to the Edison for our anniversary with a reservation for 2. It is relatively expensive, however we regularly eat at restaurants in this price point. We are locals and might have eaten here again based on quality of food but the value is severely lacking. We were sat at our reservation time. That is where the quality of service ended. Our server, Jean, took almost 10 minutes to come to our table and only delivered water and wasn't even ready to take our drink order. At 15 minutes we finally placed our drink order and appetizers. The drinks took about 5 more minutes and the first appetizer showed up about 10 minutes after ordering. Not good service, but not horrible. We ordered the candied bacon appetizer. It was excellent. However, for $15 they give you 4 slices of bacon hanging from a clothesline apparatus. Even for Disney prices, $3.75 per slice of bacon is absurd. As we were trying to enjoy a relaxing night out we delayed ordering dinner, waiting for our second appetizer, chips and guac. We finally dinner at 35 minutes after ordering the chips and guc. After telling us 3 times that our appetizer would be out momentarily, we finally cancelled the appetizer order when we ordered our food. Jean informed us he would comp it, we told him we just didn't want it. Yet 5 minutes later he still attempted to deliver our chips and guac which we refused. Our meals were tasty, we definitely enjoyed the quality of the food. I had the signature burger and my wife the meatloaf. I would definitely eat them again. We complained about the service to the manager who delivered our food, she made several offers to make up for the service that were kind of her, but at this point we were done with the restaurant. The last straw, my beer sat empty for the last 15 minutes of our meal while Jean hid from us. I told him I would have had another if he had come back anytime in the previous 15 minutes. All he could do was shrug and walk away. All in all, a terrible service experience.
We had a 7:30 reservation and were seated quickly. Our server, Maria T. was excellent. We took several of her recommendations an they were incredible! Time Turner cocktail, Clothesline Candied Bacon and the Prime Rib. Nice ambience. We loved it and are already planning to go back soon!
Didn’t get a chance to enjoy anything about this restaurant. My sister ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese for dinner...a few minutes into eating the soup, the edge of the spoon cut my sisters lip open. Management was terrible with their response. It took over 20 minutes get ice and we were sitting at a table next to the bar. Instead the manager brought some gauze. Ultimately they comp’d the meal but it took over an hour to fill out an incident report and management to ask if we’d like the EMTs to come out. They didn’t seem too concerned. We won’t be back.
The Edison was amazing. It was our after hour/after concert cocktail destination. The service, food, cocktails, and show (after 10pm) were all top notch. Literally booking it for my wife’s birthday next year.
I enjoyed the set up, but the food was not what was described on the menu. I order the salmon with guacamole salsa and heirloom tomatoes and it was a a well cooked salmon, but the just put raw tomatoes and sliced avocado. It was not at all what I was expecting. The live music was great until it turned into a night club. I wished they would’ve kept the theme. Not a place I’d go back to.
