In the Top 3 worst F&B experiences of my life!!!
The evening began with the hostesses chatting away, me waiting to check in for my reservation, until a pleasant young man with little to no Open table knowledge assisted in seating me, in the half empty restaurant, right by the bathrooms and the service station. Our waiter had a severe listening problem. She took down my girlfriend's allergies, but ignored her food modifications, which were to avoid her allergies. Even if I were to ignore the improper garnish on the cocktails, the hair in the food, and the mispreperation of the recook (still got the allergies wrong). The coup de grace of the the evening was when the busser approached the table with a hearty "you done with that" while reaching for my plate of food just moments after the recook had arrived. There is potential there, but there is a lot of work to be done.

The decor of the restaurant is incredible, but the tables/chairs are extremely uncomfortable, and the service was very slow. It took 2 hours to order, wait for food, then wait for check. Our order was inaccurate, and when we told the waiter, he rolled his eyes and was very defensive saying "I put in the order correctly", and then blamed the kitchen for not giving us the correct food. This may have been true, but he didn't handle it professionally. We received a free dessert for the error, which was nice. Overall the food is overpriced for the quality, and the music was very loud and obnoxious for dinner hours. But the interior design concept is really well done.

Our first time to eat at STK. We both had steaks. The filet was outstanding. Tender and had delicious flavor. Atmosphere very nice and wait service excellent. We are going back again soon. It will go on our YES list for next winter. Great place to eat!!!

The atmosphere if very cool. The menu was less than hoped for. Not much to choose. We were so unhappy we shared a cocktail and appetizer and left. The appetizer was not very flavorful. It is expensive, $40 for our 2 items. They have music/entertainment around 9p or 10p but we did not see it.

We truly enjoyed our experience at The Edison! We weren’t sure what to expect since it is a new restaurant at Disney Springs, but after looking over the menu online, we decided to give it a go. We ordered drinks -beer, whisky, and a mixed drink - all great choices! Appetizers were delicious - I would 100% recommend the Electrifries! They were so good! We ordered Edison Burgers and the fried chicken for our entrees and we weren’t disappointed. The atmosphere and the staff made the experience even better. We’ll be back the next time we are in Disney!

If your looking for a dinner restaurant keep moving on down to any other restaurant at Disney Springs. If you want a fun atmosphere for drinks and appetizer stop in. We booked this as a dinner after hearing it was a restaurant at times and a club at others. They should promote themselves for what they are which is an awesome bar. Instead we saw it as a terribly over priced restaurant. The clothes line bacon app was good, my piece was a bit fatty, but more luck of the draw there. The Negroni was excellent! However, my Greek chicken salad was below what I had the day before for lunch from Publix. I wish the food menu was a little more extensive and not as heavy. Not many options for someone trying to eat lighter fare.
The look of the restaurant was amazing, and that’s what drew us in.
It seemed a bit over staffed too. We had a server and his trainee, which was expected, but other waiters would stop by and ask how we were doing several times as well.
I recommend sitting on the first floor, much better ambiance than the second.
We will be back for drinks, but not a meal with this menu.

It was fun to experience this unique atmosphere. If you sit in the right spot, the atmosphere could be amazing. The menu is limited and didn't really have much in the more healthy choices. Everything coming out to tables looked great though. Everything was really good. I just didn't think it was outstanding. I may have expected more with the atmosphere being so interesting. I think the theme could carry on to the entire dining experience. The bar area looked really active & fun. I have heard the evening entertainment is great too. We were there in the early evening.

The Edison is new to Disney Springs. The food and service were good, with some unique twists. (See the online menu!) At night, it transforms into trendy night club, with live music, dj and entertainment, from acrobatics to contortionist. We look forward to another visit while at Disney, but NOT a place for kids, esp. at night.

We had a 8:45 dinner reservation they informed us the we could only order from the late snack menu. We were starving so we each ordered a burger. It was ok. The drinks were very good and our server was fantastic. But we went there for dinner and the show. Place is beautiful. Would give it another try.

Pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a restaurant! Had heard some good reviews, and was not disappointed. The energetic vibe of the restaurant paired with a fantastic 1920's/speakeasy/steampunk theme is so unique and really makes this bar shine. The food is definitely good, but nothing that blew me away. I had the Edison Burger...good burger, but I've had better. The steak was also prepared very well (better than STK across the street), but The Electri-fries are a star on the menu --get them! Cocktails are pricey but good.

The live entertainment is reason enough to go, and really is the best part about The Edison. While there, a live band playing jazzed up versions of pop hits took the stage, and there was a juggler. On other nights there is an aerialist and I think burlesque dancers. Fun atmosphere that has a great adult edge perfect for late night enjoyment!
