Ashley was awesome!!!!!! Very knowledgeable and courteous
My wife and I sat down and ordered two drinks and our dinners. After 20 minutes, we did not receive our drinks. We waiting another 10 minutes. When our server came by to check on us, we asked for our drinks. We told him specifically that we wanted to have our drinks before our meal. 5 minutes later, my $22 hamburger came out. We still did not have our drinks. We told our server we were leaving.
Celebrated a birthday at The Edison, food was simple for the price but tasted very good. Service was excellent, we loved our waitress. Specialty cocktail menu was quite good as well. Would return on a future trip to Orlando.
I liked the atmosphere. It was a bit noisy and the food was nothing special, but it was a fun place. There was no live music playing while we were there, so I can't comment on that.
Worst ever! Our first time, we loved it. So we made reservations for date night again. Major fail. It took a while for our drinks to arrive, then an hour (literally) for our food to get to our table. However, our order was incomplete and cold.
Maybe we should’ve known when the table next to us had the same complaints with management.
We were so disappointed, and didn’t want to wait any longer. Management came and apologized, but we still left.
The décor was great and our server was wonderful. I had requested a B-day surprise with my on-line reservation and she carried it out very well! The food is good, but not great.
Always a great time!! Been a few times and the show is amazing!!
We were lucky enough to enjoy a kid free trip to Disney. This was a perfect late night date spot after an evening at Epcot! Protip: Ask for a table with a view of the show when you make your reservation.
We had a Birthday to celebrate. I didn’t know when I made the reservation that we wouldn’t be able to see the fantastic entertainment from our table. I will request that next time. The service was fantastic, we were able to catch a table In The bar later to enjoy the jazz band. If you go the bacon appetizer is a must have!
I had the meatloaf dinner but it was not tasty! Quite bland!!!! The meat needed some spices. Others had the chicken - not anything special, steak tips were quite good. Would not go back or recommend to others!
One of the best meals I ever had. Our server was Tessa, she was incredible. So helpful with both drink and appetizer selections. The best meal I have had in 2 years. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
The restaurant theme is fantastic. The decor and asthetic is so different. However, the food was sub par and the service was absolutely horrible. The server was absent most of the time, gave us the check before asking if we wanted dessert she told us if we wanted dessert to let us know, after she dropped the check and didnt even give us menus. She was unprofessional the entire time. We chose this restaurant based on recommendation and having an Opentable reward. When we gave her the reward she was visibly and verbally confused and openly told us she had no idea what that was. (Meanwhile it’s attached to our reservation) Then we paid with cash, and when handed to her, it seemed as if it was a foreign object. She said “she had to find change because she doesnt have cash on her”. Uhhhh it’s a restaurant?! We expect you to go to a register and cash out a bill?! It was so bazaar and we will never return due to the employee and service.
Great bar area to have craft drinks and a nice appetizer. Bar personnel super friendly and willing to discuss the special drinks on the menu. Also, had dinner as a second try from dinning a couple months ago. Menu fairly limited and not really what we want. We will definitely return to the bar areas , but probably not the dinning.
Have been twice. Once with a group of 9 for lunch. and another time for a dinner with 2 friends. Both experiences were amazing. Food is great, drinks are yummy, service is spot on.
Have the candied bacon, you will not be sorry!!
Great food, the Edison burger was outstanding, better then expected, food at Disney’s shopping center is usually awesome but a little pricey
The atmosphere here is fun but the food is average at best. I would argue it’s worse than the Disney Park Food. I would not recommend the Edison. We had a party of 5 and no one enjoyed their food. Out of 5 stars I said I’d give it 1.5.
We did not enjoy this at all. The food was so bland and way overpriced for the quality. Really was disappointing as it was my daughters 18 birthday and we came from Missouri. Very very disappointed
Amazing food! Get the Bacon!!!!
We had an excellent server and delicious grilled cheese and tomato soup! I loved the theming and ambiance of The Edison.
Food was average at best. Two of us had meatloaf. It was dry and all the food was luke warm. One person had the prime rib ($34) and it was average. One guest had the salmon which was over powered by the avocado that topped it. The atmosphere is cool but not good for conversation as there is a lot of background noise.
Great bar/restaurant, we caught the show then sat outside for a nice quiet dinner. Loved it
During the weekend it’s impossible without reservation, the place was packed. The staff was very professional, the food was awesome, the ambience great and the evening show amazing. Really nice place for a date or celebrate an anniversary.
Definitely, we be back...
As a party of 4 were seated in an upstairs area that was somewhat noisy and did not seem very special. The service was quite good and the server was very attentive. One of our party ordered the Edison burger. The fries came out cold and the second order of replacement fries were quite spicy. The prime rib serving was quite large, but seemed very tough to cut and was not very warm. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm. All in all, not a great experience.
The Edison is an awesome restaurant in Disney Springs! The atmosphere is super cool, very steampunk 20’s. I will say that the food, while delicious, is very generic to the tourist menu in Disney. If you’re looking for a unique menu, this isn’t the spot for you. But overall we loved it and had a great time.
A very enjoyable evening! Food was very good and they had a few unique items that we really enjoyed. Only negative was the very slow service. I think it was just our server, but she was very nice. Overall great experience and we will be back. Thanks!
Hamburger was fantastic. Expensive as are all things Disney
Unique and interesting concept but service was substandard and food was average and served cold. Very disappointing.
Loved the decor and well trained wait staff. Somewhat disappointed in food choices - priced high for small
Portions . Appetizer maple bacon - worth every penny !!
Server was a pro !!
Sat outside. Watched the hot air ballon next door operate all evening along with the water taxis. Very cool. Food was great. Maple bacon, fried chicken, .....
Expensive, food is too regular, not too tasty. The server forgot even our water. And was rushing since the moment we sit.
I had a burger, and my wife had a French onion sandwich. Both were good but a little pricey for what we got. The ambiance and unique decor was our favorite part.
We got there at 4:30 and got the lunch menu. It would have been nice to have the option of seeing the dinner menu as well.
Food was good, nothing special about it. Alittle pricey. But you’re paying for the atmosphere. Wish they would of had some shows during the day like at lunch. All they had were silent short movies playing on the walls. I guess I was expecting more since it has been so highly advertised. Been there, done it. Would go somewhere else to eat when I’m Disney Springs.
My husband and I checked in at 5pm. Our reservation was 5:15pm. We were dining with my daughter and her husband and they hadn’t arrived so we told the hostess that we would be downstairs and when they arrived they would alert them and we could be seated. Once my daughter arrived she told the hostess and was told the table was not ready. She came downstairs and we all had a drink at the bar. After about 30 minutes my daughter went back upstairs and inquired about our table - they told her they didn’t have a table albeit the restaurant was almost empty. Then they said we will seat you and proceeded to sit her alone. Never came to tell us our table was ready. The waiter was fabulous. The food was meh! For such wonderful ambiance you would think they would have dinners like Shulas or Narcoosies - but no. It was subpar at best.
We were on vacation. The food was lazy and so was the presentation. TGIFridays quality. One server went above to clean a table and get us where we wanted to be even though it meant moving us from her station to someone else’s. Won’t be going back. Steam punk? - not really....
We were on vacation and wanted to dine in DisneySprings. Fun place and there was a great band playing too. Food was good. Drinks were excellent. I’d return for sure.
I went on a Wednesday with a 6:30 reservation. night. Service was pretty good, chairs are hard and wooden with a rail under your thighs, and not very comfortable. It didn't help that something was up in the kitchen and it took over an hour to get our food. It was just an edison burger...the food tasted really good, and the waiter was nice, but overall it was a bust and I just didn't feel it was as special as I was expecting.
Took over 45 min to get lunch. Food was just OK.
excellent ambiance with excellent food and entertainment
Food was not that good but the service was ok. A good place for drinks and entertainment, but the food wasn’t that good.
Love the concept but it dosen't work. 1920s flappers, music and screens but it doesn't live up to its promise. Food way over priced, my burger is a TGIF, Applebees in style for 22. Hanging bacon ok but not 15 bucks, get the burger same bacon. My wife's salmon was raw in the center! It was replaced and free with two apologies. The house fries were horrible so that was free too. The wait staff was very professional.Drinks were good. Band good but didn't play much. Was there from 8:30-11pm and it was becoming more and more dead as time went by. May go back for drinks but not the food.
