So basically the food and cocktails are great. However it’s not for romantic ambiance if you sit downstairs. Our experience here dulled our fun night. The manager was beyond rude. She has a long blonde pony tail and she was very casually walking by and since we had not seen our waiter in awhile ( after we had already asked him for some salt for the guac ) we asked her for it and she in the most dismissive and condescending way said to just wait a second. All in all, don’t plan on ever returning. Go anywhere else in Disney springs. You will be upset with the money you spend at this place and how poorly the MANAGER treats you.
Very cool atmosphere, great drinks. My burger was so-so but spinach dip was great.
We never miss The Edison when we come to Disney World. It’s our favorite place! The food and drinks are wonderful and the atmosphere is unbelievable - you feel like you step back in time!
Extremely overpriced. $25.00 for a frozen patty (similar to a bubba burger)
Food was mediocre and came out very slowly. Drinks are good.
The restaurant has great service, delicious food and a chill vibe.
Walked out after having manager comp drinks. We waited until 9pm for our reservation and they didn’t have half of the stuff on their already limited menu.
Server gave us attitude.
Food, drink and atmosphere were great! We were sat at a table upstairs which kept us in a little quieter area, making it easy to talk to the whole party. Our server was so sweet. He was very attentive and took a few photos for us after the meal. It was a little expensive, but that is to be expected with Disney, and the portions were good for the price. I definitely would return again!
Portions are very large. Food was good but portion size was giant
Great food in an interesting atmosphere with something for every member of the family.
Always love going to The Edison! Food is great, and atmosphere is awesome! Prices at Disney Springs tend to be higher everywhere and their prices fall on the lower end of the high end table service restaurants. Highly recommend going here.
Food was just okay. Very limited menu. Drinks were good. Service was wonderful.
The food was good, but the cost of the food was way too expensive for the value. We were seated on the second floor, near the kitchen door, and it was very drafty--had to leave our jackets on while we ate. The service was good - she was attentive. The live music was good, but only was able to enjoy it for about 10 minutes after we were seated and they then took a break. They did not return the rest of the time we were there. Not recommending because of the cost.
We had a wonderful meal and prompt service, maybe too prompt regarding the delicious bacon appetizer. Two orders were placed and it came out so quickly and was not nearly as good as the first time I dined there. I suspect it was sitting on a warmer rather than being prepared and served fresh. That was the only disappointment. The rest of the meal was great.
Excellent service. Food was delicious.
Food was warm not hot, waited 20 minutes for my table. What is the purpose of making a reservation if you have to wait like a regular customer.
The waiter was amazing and kind.
Overall not what I was expecting.
Loved the atmosphere, but food was average at best and not worth the price. We would probably come back for a cocktail and maybe an appetizer because the environment is awesome, we just weren’t impressed with the food.
Overpriced food and it was not edible! 80 bucks for a hamburger and grilled cheese that was tasteless and salty. Disney needs to step it up and improve the food quality. Will NOT return!
Great Waitress Paige, quick to clear and very attentive. Live music was nice and tables were spaced apart enough that you weren’t hearing other conversations. We really enjoyed our night here.
Our server was phenomenal and food was perfect. We shared the prime rib and it was plenty for two. Live music was appreciated during Covid.
Everyone was nice & food was delicious
I love this restaurant but it was a little chilly inside. I had to wear my coat over my long sleeves to be warm enough to eat my meal.
Always great! Really cool nostalgic vibe, like you’re inside an old Edison power plant!
The atmosphere was wonderful! The restaurant was really cool! The server was awesome! The food was okay. But, the atmosphere and service totally out weighed the alright food. All and all we had a wonderful experience! Make sure you leave early! It took us over an hour to park and get to the restaurant.
Was seated in back, behind wall, while tables were open in main area with music. Food was good but was served almost room temp. Drink was very small for $16. Reminded me of a child sized champagne glass. Nice atmosphere (other than behind wall near bathroom). Food has been better in the past. Will try again in the future.
Edison Burger was awesome. Outside dining in mall side was loud and busy. Staff didn't appear to want to be at work.
Ashley was great. Food was awesome
Service by Austin was great. Food was terrible. Outside seating was concerning due to bird droppings everywhere and the birds pooped on our table from light post above table. Wrecked the New Year’s Eve dining experience
A unique restaurant lays way for an amazing experience!
I made reservations two weeks in advance for a surprise birthday party for my daughter. When we arrived the table wasn’t ready until 9. My reservations were for 8:30. Needless to say it ruined the surprise. I had family coming in from out of town to surprise her. However, the team at the Edison made it right and took care of some of the bill as an apology. All in all a good experience.
The patio area was truly lovely with the ambience of Disney Springs. Great service, Graham was awesome and food amazing. Thank you always.
Great environment and concept. Limited menus due to COVID but the food was good and would return after COVID. Very clean and prompt service
Try the burger and loaded potato, you'll thank me later! The ambiance was so much fun, and there is live music at night. Such a wonderful edition to our night at Disney.
server was great, but kitchen was slow. over 2hrs till we got our food and then they weren't even the right burgers. We didn't want to wait longer, so we ate what was brought to us.
We went here for my husband’s birthday. We love dining in Disney Springs, but have avoided the area all year due to the pandemic. I made a reservation and we were so excited to go, as neither of us had been before. I used to work at Toothsome’s Chocolate Emporium at Universal, so I was looking forward to checking out the “competition”. Parking was a nightmare, which wasn’t the restaurant’s fault, but it still put a bit of a damper on the evening. Once we were finally inside, we were seated with our friends who were meeting us for the occasion. Drinks were ordered immediately and didn’t arrive for 10+ minutes. The Old Fashioned cocktails were extremely watered down and not worth the $17 each. We ordered appetizers and they took 20 minutes to arrive. We ordered our entrees the same time we ordered our apps since we could tell it was going to take some time. OVER an hour goes by and our table has not been pre-bussed. Our app plates are everywhere, drinks are empty and we’re still waiting on our food. Server nowhere to be found (she never told us her name, so I can’t provide that information). Finally, my husband found a manager and let her know what was going on. The table next to us, who arrived 30 minutes after us, had gotten their food already (party of 8). Our server emerges and apologizes. We think she forgot to ring in our food. She bought us a round of drinks and a couple of desserts, which was appreciated, but there was no communication on her part as to what happened. Our whole party is a group of servers and we’re very understanding.. just COMMUNICATE!! Be honest with us! Once food arrived, it was mediocre at best. One of our friends said his burger tasted foul and he couldn’t eat it. The rest of our burgers were decent; we were so hungry. Mine and my husband’s bill came to $124, which was not worth the quality of food or service we received. Safe to say we won’t choose The Edison again, and much prefer Toothsome! We did like the table-side photographer :)
When we talk about disappearing, this one takes top price. I come from Miami, so overpriced food does not scare me. This is just abusive $18 for 4 stops of bacon that lack the element of surprise is wrong. The spinach dip was practically cream with barely any spinach $18 and to top it off the guacamole and chips you can get at Chili’s was nothing unique.
The main course were very beautiful looking burgers with an empty personality. After waiting a while, and by a while an hour to get our food, they bring one of the burgers wrong. We asked for lo pickle and it came with no pickle and wrong burger. They fixed and bright it up again only to have pickle in the burger and was told that no pickle resides in the burger. After taking a much awaiting bite, BAM...pickles. After sending it back and finally getting the Medium burger and taking a bite out of the medium rare burger.... sad.
I feel bad for the poor food runner that has to climb stairs to bring our food. As he sets his trays, he is so tired that it takes him a long time to set our once hot food.
Great themed looking place but skip it and head over to Anywhere for the much needed food you will not get here.
Lacking a few things off the menu! For the price - quantity should be better. But, quality of food is excellent.
Very nice and enjoyable
Enjoyed the good food and service. Very cool surroundings
Wasn’t impressed at all. The chicken was dry. I’ve eaten at better Springs restaurants. Food took a long time. Almost 50 min and it wasn’t even crowded.
