Awesome ribeye steak and great service

The food was incredible. The steaks were cooked perfectly! Service was a bit slow, but the waitress was very personable and did her best to get our food served to us as quickly as possible! She went so far as to serve us a brownie sundae with a lit candle on top because we had told her we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversay!

Delicious food and good atmosphere. Staff was very kind and attentive to everyone in the restaurant.

Nothing special considering the price. Our steaks were not cooked to order (one under cooked, one over done) but the crab/artichoke dip was delicious. As this was our first time there we didn't know the procedure to pay the tab so we sat for a long time waiting for someone to come by with the check. Back to the food....the steaks were average and the salad was ok, nothing more just ok. We did like the home style chips and the salsa was above average. We will most likely go again but we won't go with high expectations.

45 minute drive. When we got there we were told that there would be a 2 to 3 hour wait for food. Not even an offer of a drink. Manager was horrible and didn't really care. Will never go back.

Reservations were made and after driving 20 miles, the restaurant was closed for the day. Both the restaurant and Open Table did very poorly.

We had reservations for 7:15. We did not get seated until 7:55. At 9:50 we were told that our food was gonna take at least another 20 minutes. It was absolutely ridiculous. Our server was new. Everyone there was moving at a glacial speed. We landed up canceling our order and leaving hungry. It was the worst experience ever. So much for our NYE dinner. My son was in from out of town and we kept raving about the food. We were all disappointed and will not be back.

Service was slightly slower due to New Years, but the waiter was transparent that it was running slower than normal due to the crowd. What a hidden gem, food and entertainment were on-point. Highly recommend!

The food is good but the service needs improvement. The restaurant was not full or busy but it still took about 30mins for us to receive our appetizers and about 45mins for us to receive our main course. After we received our main course, our waiter came by the table only once to see how we were doing. If the service were to improve then I would recommend this place to friends but at this point in time I would not.

My wife and I had wanted to check this place out for Some time now and we're glad we did. The server was excellent and attentive. The food had been prepared in a way that we, along with our friends, really enjoyed our meal. Nice place.

This place is a gem in the Northeast.

I highly recommend it if you have a hankering for a very good steak.

The food itself was ok. Steaks were good. Fries were way undertdone. Took awhile to get drinks refilled. The food took quite awhile to arrive which is weird because we were one of 2 tables seated. The place was virtually empty.

Service was fantastic. Sad that we weren't given the option to sit outside... It dod look inviting.

I was really looking forward to having dinner at the Edge of Texas only to be disappointed with the over seasoned steak. The waitress was nice but very forgetful, when you ask for a drink to be served with dinner and waitress tells you to remind them so they don’t forget... which at that moment I was concerned. After a salty dinner we were never offered desert. At that point wanted to just leave.

Food was absolutely amazing! I had the buffalo steak and lobster and it was totally worth the price! Just keep in mind, my girlfriend and I spent $100 for the two of us with two entrees, two alcoholic drinks, and an appetizer. However, the price was totally worth it! Customer service was great, drinks were great! Girlfriend said it was the best Long Island she's ever had. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice night out.

Meat was too tough. Hard to chew. Dress code not enforced. Server was very attentive.

It was a good date night. The place is cozy, enjoyed the live music. Apparently it happens every Friday night. Good costumer service. All the food was amazing.

Excellent tasting brisket. Highly recommend trying this place. This was our first time and will be back.

We made reservations online for a party of 22 and were seated upon arrival without a wait. The staff and food was incredible! I definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

Food was overcooked or to undercooked and dry, service was horrible and won't be bring family or company meetings to the location.

Everything about the Edge Of Texas was perfect for my family and I. There was not one single issue. The stuff, especially our server, was excellent.

We travel from Ruidoso, NM, made a Reservation but we never got a table.
Open Table didn’t work at all

Just don’t Ever go there on a holiday. Waited two hours for our meal. They were not prepared for a full house.

Luckily we made reservations on line, people were waiting an hour. Took very long to get our food. We ended up getting full on bread so we took our food home.

Service was good, but waiter tried to sneak in a 25% tip, and rolled her eyes when i changed the % amount.
