Dine under the stars, with the bluest of oceans as your backdrop. Beachfront Eclipse Restaurant offers a vibrant dining experience, with contemporary retro-industrial pieces, antique silverware, along with a myriad of unique accessories to add the final touches.

Chef Rolando Centonzio has confectioned an eclectic menu of flavorful dishes, including wood-fired pizzas, grilled grass-fed organic filet medallions, and fresh daily catch caught in the waters in front of our Puerto Rico resort.

    Next time I’ll order the pizza… We went for the summer fix price menu. The tuna tartar starter had excellent material but was overpowered by a sea of soy sauce. My husband had the croquettes, but the filling was not smooth. We had the same main dish, which arrived cold to the table. The shoestring potatoes were good. Finally, my brazo gitano dessert was very disappointing, dry and tasteless. The pumpkin dessert was delicious. I guess it didn’t help that the kitchen was SLOW. Our appetizers arrived over 30 minutes after placing the order.

    We came here for a romantic evening to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The service was excellent, and the decor created a lovely atmosphere—it truly started out as a wonderful experience. However, we were very disappointed when the check arrived. We were charged a $25 corkage fee for a bottle of wine that we had actually purchased from the restaurant itself. Additionally, we were surprised to see a “sharing fee” added to our bill, which was only removed after we ordered a pizza. It was an unfortunate way to end what could have been an otherwise perfect evening.
