The food is always fabulous. We booked a table for 2 for 8pm hoping it would be less crowded. But it was packed. They are doing a brisk business here and all appears very well managed. The service was very good. We reserve outstanding for top restaurants in NYC. That’s a whole other level of professionalism.

From start to finish, the Ebbitt Room was the highlight of my visit to the area. From the host seating us to our cocktails, special appetizer, meal and dessert, the experience was truly amazing. Usually, if I do not like a place, I'll refrain from writing a review ... only if it is truly terrible will I take time to post, just to prevent some other person from experiencing what I had to go through. But to get me to write a good review takes something special, something extraordinary, and the Ebbitt Room certainly earned a positive critique. The scallops were absolutely perfect; fresh, not overdone, not overdressed, perfect. The service was also well above average. I can't say enough great things ... if you have the opportunity, you need to visit.

Absolutely Amazing every time. Love having a drink first at the bar with the legendary mixologist Leo!! And a special mention to Fletcher he is also outstanding. The bar is beautiful and the drinks are perfection. Kate was our server, she is the best, very attentive, and very pretty too, will do anything for u!! The food is always perfect, I truly love the whole vibe here. You must go.

Octopus and Carpaccio starters were delicious. Boulibase was chock full of seafood and the accompanying bread, perfect. Black Manhattan by Leo was so good you’ll drink two. Piano music is fantastic. My favorite place at Jersey Shore!

Ebbit Room was just about perfect! Chef was superb. Food was AMAZING! Prices are upscale, but worth every dime. My only critique is that with a full dining room, it was very loud and hard to communicate. After half the diners left, all was perfect!

I had the rack of lamb which was good my wife had the miso Halibut which I thought was better. The side dish of Carrots was outstanding, and the Wagyu Carpaccio was a star of the night's meal (must order it -if you are a fan) The grilled octopus appetizer cooked perfectly but only receiving 1 tentacle leaves you wanting a little more. We were there celebrating our 34-yr anniversary trying the Ebbitt Room based on a recommendation and it was very good.

Excellent food, vg service and relaxed atmosphere. Leo made great cocktails. Don't like those odd martini glasses, however. More like you'd use for sherry or port. Otherwise, great experience.
