Nice restaurant located in Red Hook. Parking can be a challenge. Enjoyed the oysters, crudo, ceviche. Pork ribs were a little tough, and "greek salad" was a little weird, otherwise, all other dishes were enjoyable.

The tuna in local pumpkin was off the charts amazing. Also, the hummus (whatever they call it) was top notch. Small mixup on the drinks ordered and delivered but overall a great experience. Don’t order too much food as the plates are plentiful.

Visisted Eaasterly again with a group of 8. Food was excllent. The mussels stand out as does the whole fish, but you cannot go wrong with anything there. Excellent cocktail selections and fairly priced wine list in a good location all keep Easterly on our go-to list in St. Thomas.

The service was very slow for not too many tables sat at the time we came in. The waitress was very nice and did apologize for things being slow. The menu has changed and seemed pretty limited, Wine selection was good though. We have been there numerous times and this just seemed very slow with everything but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

It was our last dinner on vacation. It was amazing. The lobster was to die for. Our server was very kind and helpful. Would Definitely dine there again.

Beautiful open air setting in Red Hook, many ceiling fans keep it cool. Greeted by a friendly hostess and quickly seated. Excellent service. Great food choices - loved the deconstructed Greek "salad", pork belly and ceviche appetizers and the duck confit was outstanding. Looking forward to returning.

Very good food, but price is insane. 1.5 lb lobster, $90. 14 oz ribeye, $80. No selection available for sides. No salad / bread while waiting for entree. No parking. $237 for two people (no alcohol) and not full after dinner.

Was disappointed in the quality of the food. The lobster was overcooked and the short ribs portion was small. However the ambiance was nice and the servers were very courteous, friendly and attentive. Would recommend for drinks and appetizers but not for dinner.
