We start with free range, all-natural Amish chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. But we don't stop there - Southern-style sides grace our menu, craft beer flows through our taps, and Blues music pumps through our speakers. At The Eagle, it's all about flying right, eating bird, and curing the Blues.

    Went on a Saturday night. Made a reservation for 5:15 but didn’t need it. Place wasn’t busy. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Our group of six all got different dishes. All were delicious. Their chicken is some of the best I’ve had. I’ll keep coming back.

    We love the Eagle in Cincinnati and decided to try this one while in Columbus for our daughter's OSU orientation. The food was as fabulous as ever and the service was also great. We noted that the restaurant wasn't very busy for a Thursday evening, but it was on the early side, so hopefully it picked up after we left. Definitely will be back as we expect to be in Columbus quite a bit over the next four years.

    The hostess told us our server was new. He was pretty good! He did forget to bring hot sauce for a while and then when he came to check on us he remembered.

    The chicken was juicy, but the sides keep me coming back! From the kale salad to the mac n cheese and hushpuppies. I also enjoy the family-style meal aspect, which can even be enjoyed between two people.

    This was our first time at The Eagle Shirt North. The food was SO YUMMy! It definitely hit the southern feel. We had to try almost everything. The hush puppies were the best I have ever had. The fried chicken BLT was so good. We also tried the Mac & cheese, spoon bread, & biscuits. Chris was our serve, he was great. Everyone we came into contact with was kind. We will for sure be back.
