The Duke Sunninghill is a modern British restaurant with bar dining through out the day and Restaurant dining for lunch and dinner. Choose from the relaxed Bar Room or the Bar Counter with a lighter menu and bar charcuterie available all day from 12 noon. The main restaurant has a more formal feel, serving a traditional British menu for lunch and dinner with last reservations at 9pm. Reservations are recommended for both the Bar Room and Bar Counter as well as the Restaurant. Please note that both the Bar Room and the Bar Counter have high stool seating and may not be suitable for all diners, the Restaurant has a more traditional feel with arm chairs and booth seating. Due to the layout of the old building we currently do not have a disabled toilet, however a [planning application has been made to RBWM council for us to extend and build such facilities.

Wonderful evening meal with friends. Easy access in Sunninghill. Will be going back there.

excellent food and décor and friendly efficient waitress but I personally thought it was a bit cold in temperature and it would have been nice to have had the fire lit - both for ambience and warmth

Great service and good food. Well priced and the ambience is welcoming and cosy if not a little bit too dark - reading menu was tricky without glasses!!

Food, great, interiors very well done. It was just a real shame that it was almost empty, it deserves to be buzzing. l do think that one of our party had soup to start and fresh bread / roll should have been offered. Other than that, very good.

Having been to this restaurant a few times before and had a great meal and service. I thought as it was my birthday my husband and I would take our friends that had not been before and that we had really raved it too. But how disappointed were we.... It took 20 minutes to get a drink when we first arrived. After a few mimosa's we were told there was no more sorbet so had to choose another cocktail which when it arrived had salt around the top instead of sugar. We all ordered the scotch egg to start but was told after a while that there were only 3 left. 2 people in my party had ordered the burger which we then had to ask for the chips then of course by the time the chips came the burgers was cold. My friend then ordered the sponge pudding with custard (that was on the website menu) only to be told that was last months selection. To top it all we went to the toilet before leaving only to find no toilet paper.. It will be quite a while before I go back and I certainly will not be recommending The Duke to any other friends.
