The restaurant-café melds the ambiance of Europe with a convivial all-day environment, featuring seasonal lunch and dinner menus served with a British twist.
After moving from London – where Matt and Marissa own and operate award- winning bars and restaurants – to Pacific Palisades, they wanted to create a place that married all the things they love about Southern California and all the things they miss about London.
With this, Matt and Marissa (along with their children, Max, Jake, and Sadie) warmly welcome you into their new home, The Draycott.

The mussels and lobster ravioli with white truffle were fantastic, as was the pea dip. The wine list is terrific and white bordeaux was perfect with our meal.
A lot of noise from the lawn area adjacent to where we sat. Lots of crying and screaming kids. We love our children, but when we go out for an evening, we leave the kids home.
K owing the lawn is loud we requested inside seating or seating away from the lawn. That request was ignored despite the existence of several empty 4 tops on the I terror patio and inside.
Our server seemed a bit aloof. He did not ask us whether we were enjoying the meal at any point until the bill came.
Sardine toast was amazing and the branzino... best in town!
Service was excellent to boot!
Check in was cumbersome
The waitress forgot part of my order and didn’t come to check
Only realised at the end of our meal
The waitress started clearing the table while other people in my party were still eating which made them uncomfortable and pressured to finish their meal as quickly as they could
Good food and good service
Overall a nice Thanksgiving experience. Food was tasty but service definitely lacking as the pace was very slow. Had to be very proactive to get the courses served. Without speaking up, not sure when the courses would have arrived.
Also, although good, wish the pumpkin dessert was a more classic pumpkin pie. I speak for all of my party too.
Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Lunch was a delight.
Beautiful space. Our server was so nice as was the hostess and everyone else. I got the Branzino and it was terrible- not only was it dry but it also had a terrible odor( had to send it back). . And the fennel salad was not that good either.. the grilled shrimp that they replaced it with was a bit better but not amazing.. it’s such a bummer as the space is gorgeous. And service was great too.
I wish the quality of the food/cocktails matched the outstanding ambience. Mediocre and overpriced food and they didn’t know how to make classic cocktails.
So, we are local and love the Draycott, particularly during the holidays. The drinks are always good. The only reason for 4 stars is that the food was not great or worth what they charge. The Cesar salad was made with soft lettuce, the jumbo shrimp cocktail had small shrimp, the Bronzino was dry and lacked flavor and the pasta was not very good. So if you are a foodie, this isn't for you. However, if you are going for the atmosphere and drinks, this is a fun restaurant in the heart of the new Caruso Center in the Pacific Palisades.
Love the Draycott! The space is beautiful, service was lovely, food was delish! Went for a friends birthday. We went for a friends birthday. 3 of us shared the cauliflower, gem salad, fish & chips and hangar steak. We enjoyed everything and there wasn't a bite left to eat! While it is pricey, it's a wonderful place for a special occasion. Highly recommend!
The ambience and food were flawless, unfortunately the service was not.
Our server rarely came to the table, and we sat without any food - even bread - for a long, long time. There was no mention of our daughter's birthday, even though it was written in the notes of the reservation. Disappointing.
lovely restaurant, good service, delicious meal. I definitely will dine there again.
Somewhat limited menu with high pricepoints
Lovely environment great service the menu was different then on line however food was excellent
I love your restaurant, everything about it.....the location, the indoor/outdoor space, the beauty, the decor and the more than fabulous food. It's worth the price. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
One of our favorite places❤️
We had a very aggressive waiter. He kept on pushing us to place our dinner order and when we asked him to have a minute to go over the menu, he just stood there and kept pushing. We felt very uncomfortable and rushed.... never mind all the other mistakes with our food.
always a great dining experience. Good wine and beer lists...great for food pairings.
Yikes! $94 for a hamberger, no sides, a nicoise salad with salmon, two glasses of prosecco ($15 each, barely 5 oz.) and an iced tea. No parking validation. View of a lawn filled with screaming, out of controll kids while ma & pa drank wine. Staff pleasant enough. Not worth the drive.
Great food, service and ambiance !!
Cute place but poor food. As a Londoner myself I hope that the regulars here are aware that British food is a thousand times better than this! I had the English breakfast - eggs were dry, sausage was so average, bacon was not how I had requested it. I had high hopes but disappointed:(
The food / drinks and personalized service are always satisfying… great old world vibe with a modern dining atmosphere! —And open acoustics so you can hear yourself speak.
beautiful setting and great service and food. would go again
Prices are high
Food is good to very good
Service is the star...most conscientious servers, polite, responsive, five star
Noise level very high
Disappointed. Was looking forward to this lunch. Dine LA price originally listed at $35 and they switched it to $45. 3 Course Meal had very little options. Salad was good, Chicken Sandwich was a little dry and desert was average. Definitely not worth $45 a person. The manager offered bread and it never came. I asked the waitress and she also never brought bread. We were seated next to a very loud couple. It was an average meal at a high price for lunch.
Service was exceptional and health safety precautions created very comfortable environment. Availability of patio (outdoor) dining is greatly appreciated.
They organized an amazing Bordeaux dinner and the food was delicious and very well paired with each amazing chosen wines!
The food was really good and really enjoyable. The drinks were great!
We sat on the lovely patio next to a table with three kids and four adults. The kids squealed and ran around. One almost tipped over the heater. The parents ignored them and no one from the restaurant said a word. So much for a relaxing dinner.
Its a nice setting but if you want a peaceful, quiet dinner, don't go on a Saturday night or probably any warm summer night. Its like a playground with all the families camped out and the kids running around and screaming. The food and service are good but the menu is a bit limited.
Great food and the service is Top Notch. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.
Came had outstanding service at the bar! Our bartender was creative and interesting to talk to. He made a perfect martini 🍸 and made a delicious drink called Over the Rainbow! He was very nice to talk to really knowledgeable
The mussels were excellent! Can’t wait to come back!
The menu isn't very versatile. Not many offerings and the green salad is a bore but overall great atmosphere, service and drinks!
Our third experience was another excellent experience in every way. We would recommend it snd bring friends. Everything ordered was remarkable. We shall return.
Need to increase brunch menu selections. Our waiter “Wes” made our dining experience lovely!
We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and were seated outside. The service was excellent - attentive but not obtrusive. The food and drinks were really good. Although it was busy, it was not too noisy - perhaps becasue we were seated outside. Would recommend.
The Draycott is such a lovely place for any meal of the day. Ask to be seated in Jason’s area. He’s awesome
Took a very long time to get our food and had hungry kids. I would recommend to adults but maybe not families.
