Food was great. Tea was delightful and we had a great time. I would prefer that the teapot be left on the table to save the waitress numerous trips to kitchen. Well worth the trip to Knoxville. 😊

This is a restaurant to go to when you want to celebrate a special occasion or your don't mind spending a lot of money on your meal. In either case, you will get a "bang for your buck." Everything was top notch from our greeting by the host to the fabulous food and the lovely views from the second floor of the Tennessean Hotel. My friend, who seldom can clean up her plate, ate every single thing on her plate of sea bass. My Wagyu burger was mouth watering. The service was superb, and we never felt rushed by the staff. It was a delightful, delicious, and very memorable evening at a restaurant we will definitely return to.

I booked the afternoon tea as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and aunt. We chose to enjoy our experience after Mother’s Day to avoid large crowds. Everything about the afternoon tea at The Drawing Room was exceptional from the time we arrived until we left. Lissa was our host and was phenomenal. We chose the latest seating, but she did not make us feel rushed and took her time to explain everything as if we were the first ones. The selection of sweet and savory accompaniments left something to be enjoyed by our entire party, and the signature tea blend was a hit at our table. I would definitely recommend this experience for a special occasion, or just as something different to do on a Sunday afternoon.

My husband ordered the beef tenderloin medium rare and it came out well done. He sent it back and it took almost 30 minutes to get a new plate and I was already done with my meal. The new beef tenderloin came out and it still wasn’t cooked medium rare so he ate it anyways. We’ll be back for drinks only since those were delicious.

That’s not the level of quality or service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with the long wait. Had the shaved brussel sprouts salad and the burger. Both excellent ! My husband rated his smoky manhattan cocktail as superb ! Only comment.. we were first seated at a 2 top table against the wall with zero room to even move the chair to sit ! Get rid of that third table !!!

A gem in the city of downtown Knoxville! The food was delicious & everything was timely. I was impressed with the options on the menu- not many places offer sea-bass. The Whipped Ricotta was by far our favorite. The environment is relaxed, yet elevated. The view is top tier. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing experience! Great view of the Sun Sphere. Staff was exceptional from Valet to Service. We were able to try the Bagel Lox and Arancini! Both were delicious. Would recommend. Coming back for high tea!
