   Overrated. Been to brasserie and the service was superb at that time. So we decided to try hitea in drawing room. The food/ pastries was all ok but the service wasn’t up to st. regis standard. They are not friendly at all, they don’t great except the guy at main entrance front door, they will argue with u bout ur reservation n they left us unattended during the session. And I wasn’t sure whether they are aware about my reservation or not because I didn’t ask them whether they got my reservation or not. They just let us in maybe because there’s available seat. And when we leave the restaurant, they don’t even look at us n say anything. For ur information, we paid full amount of total. We do not go there using free voucher or claim any free meal from st. regis. Poor service with bunch of young zero common sense staffs. Too bad.

   A wonderful afternoon tea in gorgeous surroundings could not be beat but it could be improved upon: service was uninspiring for a relatively empty room.

   Everything was good except the food. It could be much better improved as the food is honestly worse than expected. It is not the quality of what an exquisite five star hotel should serve. There’s nothing special about the food.

   The food was not the most impressive. The tea menu savoury advertised truffle cavior but no truffle cavior was visably added. The choice of sweets for the tea were also sub par. The dessert with cinnamon advertised within have little to no trace of cinnamon at all. Worst of all the napkins provided were old. There were even holes/stains in the napkins provided. This is not what I expected from an establishment such as yourself. It is disappointing I have to say. The only saving grace was the tea recommendations. They are up to the standard expected.

   The staff is like a robot, don’t feel like it is a 5 star hotel service, the balling room was so empty but arranged us to the aside small table. Also, the staff didn’t introduce any food, mostly just the service is not 5 star standard. For st Regis, you would have expectation.
