A Cheffy Pizza and Pasta Eatery in Wayzata MN. Chef Alex has perfected the art of pasta and pizza creation by hand rolling the combination of the simplest of ingredients to produce exquisite dishes. The Dough Room handcrafts each pasta variety onsite with select local ingredients. Since each ingredient and process at The Dough Room is completed with intention, the result is a peak food experience. All the dough at The Dough Room starts with flour from Sunrise Flour Mill--our exclusive provider of the 1800s heritage red wheat flour to which Chef Alex is devoted. It allows chefs to create pasta and pizza with less gluten than traditional flours but with an unprecedented depth of flavor which tastes smooth with a touch of nuttiness. From warm small plates like grilled romaine to the classic margarita pizza and savory raviolo hand rolled stuffed pasta, there is food here to satisfy each need for nourishment.
