Mi è stato sconsigliato di prendere 4 dolci perché erano enormi in realtà ne abbiamo presi 3 ma il 4 mancava. Visto il costo anche dell’acqua però non farei pagare il coperto in quanto il tavolo non aveva nessun addobbo o tovaglia o altro

Il rooftop The Dome si distingue per la sua bellezza estetica, regalando una vista mozzafiato. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza è stata a doppio taglio. Dopo aver atteso con entusiasmo l'ordinazione, siamo rimasti delusi quando, dopo 50 lunghi minuti, sono arrivate solo le bevande. Sorprendentemente, tavoli successivi, arrivati dopo di noi, già gustavano i loro piatti. Ho sollevato la questione con la caposala, che con prontezza si è informata sulla situazione. Ci hanno confessato un problema tecnico del nostro ordine e, a titolo di scuse, ci hanno deliziato con un aperitivo (solo cibo), il problema è che i nostri cocktail erano finiti nell’attesa. Nonostante questo contrattempo, il cibo ha brillato per qualità e sapore. Abbiamo anche ordinato il caffè, ma il nostro tavolo è stato l'unico a cui hanno omesso di portare i biscotti, suscitando la domanda della signora al tavolo vicino: "Perché a voi no?". In definitiva, nonostante le incomprensioni nel servizio, la bellezza del luogo e la bontà del cibo hanno reso l'esperienza complessivamente positiva, ma la gestione dell'ordinazione richiederebbe miglioramenti

Location di impatto, ma non c'erano grandi dubbi. Molta confusione tra lo staff, a dir poco improvvisato. Non idoneo per un rooftop in piazza del Duomo! Arrivati nel locale per una colazione (prenotata on-line) ci è stato comunicato che dopo le 11 non sarebbe stato possibile. Solo dopo aver comunicato che saremmo andati via, c'è stata concessa dal direttore che poi è stato molto gentile. Sono rimasto SOLO perchè era il compleanno della mia compagna. Certi episodi non dovrebbero capitare!

Great place to take pictures and for the experience but it will come at a price. I don’t mind paying more for good food but here you are paying for its location and picturesque environment. Food isn’t actually good and lasagna was cold when it came out. Drinks came after we were already eating our food.

Sinceramente non mi sono trovata assolutamente bene nonostante il locale sia bello. Avevo chiesto data la ricorrenza del mio compleanno un tavolo specifico con richiesta di una tortina al cioccolato, nessuna delle due cose è stata accontentata. Nonostante sia pieno di personale ed il locale non fosse ancora pieno abbiamo dovuto aspettare per avere il secondo bicchiere di prosecco che non è mai arrivato perché siamo andati via. Dal menu ho scelto un dolce i cui ingredienti non erano tutti specificati in menu tanta scena ma sapore pessimo e costoso per la qualità. Ci sono delle stufe al soffitto che sembra di stare ad agosto sotto il sole. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile spostarci mi hanno detto di no nonostante fosse ancora tutto vuoto e nonostante non mi avessero dato il tavolo che avevo scelto al momento della prenotazione. Si paga tanto per poi non avere un servizio idoneo. Non ha senso dire di insere particolari richieste se poi nessuno chiama per accertarsi e accontentare la clientela. Secondo me non ci vale nonostante ripeto sia scenogragicamente un bel locale

ho ordinato un milkshake al cioccolato e mi è arrivato un milkshake alla vaniglia. prodotto di scarsa qualità, al contrario di quanto scritto sul menu: “realizzato con gelato artigianale alla crema”. qualità prezzo imbarazzante. atmosfera bella, perché bello è il rooftop su Milano. voto al servizio: zero. chiesi gentilmente alla cameriera di togliermi la panna montata dal frappé, visto che sul menu non era specificato e a me personalmente non piace, la cameriera mi ha risposto in malo modo e con espressione schifata. prossima volta TERRAZZA RINASCENTE!!!

Il ristornante è bello però un brunch da 80 euro mi aspettavo di più. Abbiamo ordinato due toast con avocado e salmone che sinceramente sembravano portati da casa, una porzione di patatine e 2 cappucci. Per quella fascia di prezzo ci aspettavamo un’estetica e qualità del cibo in se migliore. Il cibo abbastanza mediocre il posto invece molto bello. Insomma da evitare :)

1) rooftop wasn’t open despite us booking this. This was booked for our anniversary and we were told we could go up later but did not end up being allowed. 2) soy sauce instead balsamic for the caprese salad. When requested balsamic, this took 20 minutes. 3) ordered caprese salad, we were given Caesar salad. When mentioned to the waitress, she tried to persuade us to have the Caesar. The date was ruined by the fact we could not go to the terrace, this was the only reason we booked. We wrote in the notes it was an anniversary and with a special request and they ignored this, and did not acknowledge it.

Locale raffinato ed elegante nel cuore di Milano, con vista panoramica sul Duomo! Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente, molto attento alle intolleranze alimentari (nel nostro caso al tema del gluten free). Il cibo era ottimo, fresco e di qualità! Torneremo sicuramente a The Dome!

Ho ordinato un analcolico all’ananas e mi arrivato un altro ai mirtilli. Quando ho detto che non era ciò che avevo ordinato mi hanno detto che non avevano più ananas. Avrebbero dovuto avvisarmi prima di decidere di farmi un altro cocktail con ingredienti che alla fine non erano proprio di mio gradimento. Avrei fatto una scelta diversa. La location comunque è molto bella.

A partire dall’accoglienza fino alla fine della permanenza, è stato tutto bello e buono. Il personale è estremamente cordiale, il cibo buono e preparato con cura. Certo il posto è incantevole, ma sono le persone che vi lavorano a dare il valore aggiunto.

The view from the roof top was amazing! The staff was kind enough to let us go back down to the regular restaurant after a cocktail as the menu for the rooftop was not what we were looking for (cheeseburgers, sandwiches, small plates, no pasta etc.). The food was excellent and the service was wonderful.
