Sono andata a cena stasera con mia figlia e mio figlio che oggi ha compiuto 18 anni. Abbiamo prenotato due settimane fa e al nostro arrivo siamo stati sistemati a un tavolo infantile, come se fossimo “di serie B”. Ho parlato con il manager e lui ci ha promesso un cambio tavolo: abbiamo atteso 45 minuti con solo un bicchiere d’acqua, ma niente. I bambini avevano fame e siamo dovuti andare via senza cena. Un’umiliazione ingiustificata in un locale dal prezzo così elevato. Sconsiglio vivamente per mancanza di rispetto verso le famiglie.

Ottima colazione, servizio buono. Ma dopo 60€ di colazione mi aspetto che almeno gli ascensori siano efficienti e funzionanti alla perfezione, e invece abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 7 minuti prima di poter scendere. Per il resto, nulla da dire. Vista mozzafiato e posto sereno e tranquillo.

The drinks are amazing, the food is so-so for price and portions, and the service was attentive and pleasant. This is a terrific place to relax and enjoy the ambiance and have a drink or two!

This was perhaps one of the worst dining experience in my entire adult life. I travel extensively and try many restaurants. The menu was terribly limited. The service was lacking any sort of hospitality. I’m not sure how long a restaurant like this can survive on a very limited view of the majestic Duomo.

The place is beautiful and the food and drinks were ok and we didn’t have to wait for them very long, yet I do not recommend this place. We did not feel very welcome since the service was not very friendly at the door, the staff almost ignored us completely and were just talking to each other, also I think the food and drinks were overprized, you basically pay for the view.
