I’ve been in JP for 2 years and The Dogwood has declined during my time here. Most recent experience in late September 2018 – 2 burgers and spinach/artichoke dip appetizer. All 3 items had absolutely 0 flavor and 0 seasoning. $50 dollars for 0 taste. I won’t return. Instead, I’ll go to Ten Tables, JP Seafood Café, Tres Gatos, Noodle Barn, or Centre Street Café.

It was a great time with great food! My boyfriend and i both had the turkey burger - he got mashed potatoes on the side, i had the roasted cauliflower. Enjoyed our meals all around! We also split the spinach artichoke dip. It was fantastic! Thank you!

Lots of great comfort food. Pizzas were really good. Try the Evergreen! Ignore the “individual” size on the menu— there is plenty for two or even three if you’ve had appetizers.

Food and drinks were reasonably priced and enjoyed by all. Cocktail list was inventive, but we didn't love any of the cocktails we tried. Pizza, salad and appetizers were all great. We did not try any dinners.

My first visit. The traffic issues were a complete hassle, but The Dogwood was worth it! Will definitely go again.

This is our favorite Friday night date spot. We usually have pizzas at the bar, but this time we decided to try food other than pizza and sit at a table. Our first table, one of the high tops, was next to the loudest group of people screaming and we weren’t able to hear each other speak from across the table. Thankfully the hostess was kind enough to move us into the dining room. Our server was attentive but when my food came out cold, he brought it into the kitchen to be heated up and it didn’t come back out. By the time my boyfriend was almost through with his meal, I had to track down another server to ask them to cancel my meal altogether. The manager then brought out my meal and nicely offered to take it off the bill. We really appreciate that they helped in that way, but we were bummed to eat separately on our date night. We love this place, but we’ll definitely remember to stick to the bar in the future.

Unfortunately the A/C was broken and it was an incredibly hot and humid evening, however the staff was upbeat and made what could have been a really bad situation into a good one. Food was delicious and the staff were incredible friendly and courteous considering how uncomfortable and hot they must have been.

We made a reservation in advance for 12 people, but ultimately only 9 could make it. Since a few of us ran the BAA half marathon, we were later than expected and called to extend our reservation. The staff was extremely accommodating for such a large group with all of our changes, which I find to be very rare. When we arrived, they had our table waiting for us in a lovely private corner. The staff were very friendly, the service was fast, and the food was great. I would recommend brunch here for anyone, especially if you have a larger sized group and want to make a reservation. The dogwood is awesome!
