Reservation made for the 25th April at 6pm. Reservation confirmed. Reservation confirmed by open table email again on the 24th. Received a phone call at 11am on the 25th from the restaurant that they will close at 2pm and are not open in the evening. Holiday plans ruined. Great management!!!!!!!!!NOT.

Great service, seated on the upper deck, beautiful area but was ruined a little by swarms of mosquitos, it really is the time of year but mosquito coils would have helped a little. Value for money, large main meals and were cooked to perfection!

Sadly I had cold chicken on a soggy salad. Too many soggy probably out of date tomatoes. I know this dish and have had it beautifully presented previously. The flavour was still there.

We ordered a entree as well as a main meal on the new disk at the table. Our main course came before the entree and when we asked the leader in charge she Said it’s not net fault. We surely didn’t want to blame anyone we just wanted to bring to your attention that the table goody has some thing to sort out.

We enjoyed our lunch-time visit, the outdoor seating was pleasant and comfortable, the background music was quiet which was greatly appreciated, we did not notice any traffic noise, the food was good, and we were treated to excellent service by the young man who took our orders and brought our meals. Also, the venue and tables were clean.

For sure you need to get it right. Went there for dinner tonight for valentines. So disappointed, new way of service were you order every thing on smart phone when you sit down. Never been to a restaurant that did this and hey modern technology but when we asked a waitress to show us how to order wasn’t told when you order the entree and mains she didn’t say it all comes out at same time. Which when you eat entree mains go cold. First and last time there. Joe

the dock staff went over and beyond my partner couldn't make Valentine's day dinner so he organize with the manager to haveroses and chocolate at my table when I arrived,which was just beautiful then the food came out wow it was delicious we will be returning to The Dock
