The District: Seville Steak & Seafood is committed to providing our guests with a unique culinary experience served with warmth, friendliness, professionalism, and above all pride in our product. More than just a steakhouse unique to the Downtown Pensacola Historic District, we strive to turn moments into memories for our guests.
We proudly serve Certified Angus Beef ®, House Dry-Aged Beef, and the finest Seafood available on the Gulf Coast. We are located in the Heart of Pensacola's Premier Dining and Entertainment District.
Join us before or after dinner in our Upstairs Lounge with live music, specialty drinks and appetizers.

We do not take reservations for the lounge . First come is first served.

    We sat in the Bistro area by the bar. Our waiter was the best! Service was amazing! We have had him multiple times and he is always very good.

    Purchased the tomahawk steak, medium no presentation. Cold, flavor tasted almost like leftovers. Potatoes was good. Brussels sprouts were burnt. Nice crunch. lol. The desert was peach cobbler was very good. The waitress was very good. The chef was not on his game. Almost a 300.00 meal. We were disappointed.

    Amazing food. Place was busy but wait service worked together to check on us. First time my husband has been - thank you. Upstairs lounge afterwards was a great way to end our evening.

    The District is consistently one of the best dining experiences in Pensacola. The food and the service are always second to none. My favorite restaurant hands down!

    I can understand they tried the best. But I specifically asked for “dressing on the side” for my salad and our waitress said ok. Then bring over dressing smothered salad isn’t ok. The steak tasted like as if it was frozen once. Tasted freeze burn. Needless to say we didn’t finish even half of steak.

    We had a lovely evening celebrating our 44 wedding anniversary. Kristina took care of us & everything was perfect from the cocktails, appetizers & dinner. She was all the time checking on us . She made our night feel special . Later went upstairs and the pianist and his selection of songs was lovely. This is our 3 or 4 time we celebrate our anniversary at the District . Thank you so much.     Delicious food & wonderful service. We loved Kristina!! The FOH staff, from the greeters to the servers to the ones supporting service through clearing, were attentive, gracious, & phenomenal. This place is special.

    Everything was just average. Cheatuabriand was just warm when severed. Not hot. Bernaise sauce room temperature. Ordered a glass of red wine. They had refrigerated it Ordered peach cobbler for dessert. It was some kind of cinnamon cake with about 3 peach slices and ice cream in the middle. I ate the peaches and ice cream and left the rest. I had Capreses salad and it was excellent!
