I would never recommend dining at this establishment nor will myself or any of my family or friends return. I have been a regular for over 25 years at the Dingley Hotel in its various guises but the duty manager Ben Werner is utterly incompetent and has no hospitality skills for a venue larger than a roadside food truck. The behaviour of certain patrons and venues ambience and noise volume would make McDonalds during school holidays look like fine dining. Several diners within our tables vicinity relocated due to the constant barrage of excessive shrieking by the larger table full of intoxicated and disruptive women diners. A complaint was registered with a staff member who did his best to request the disruptive table tone down their volume and be more considerate. This was then seen by that table as a challenge to be more disruptive to patrons. Apparently, the throwing and slamming of water bottles onto tables and the floor, loud shrieks that were heard throughout the dining area is acceptable behaviour in this establishment and tolerated by management and staff. The manager Ben Werner is clearly out of his depth when it comes to creating an atmosphere that patrons can enjoy a dining experience without the rude and intolerable interruption's from rowdy and visibly intoxicated patrons. Considering the prices for meals and the generic food range offered, there are many venues within a very short radius of the Dingley Hotel that offer a far better dining experience where patrons are not subjected to the constant and deliberate disruption to others which the “manager” Ben Werner was only too accommodating to allow.

Staff excellent. Meals came out without much delay. Excellent value for money especially the seniors meal.
