   Cool concept with various floors. Good location in Nashville. Did not get to choose floor to dine in when making reservation. Food was quote good, service was a bit slow. Overall pretty good!

   Atmosphere and burrito were great. Waffle a little under cooked. Staff was friendly but a little inattentive, and stingy with the coffee. View was super. I'd go again for sure.

   Great time and our server Eric, was amazing. We were in deep conversation right after we arrived and he saw that. Instead of interrupting to take our order, he just kept an eye on us and waited for us to finish. Well done!

   Our group of 8 had brunch at The Diner and it was awesome! The service was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was picturesque. We recommend The Diner and will definitely be back if we are in Nashville in the future!

    A group of friends and I went on a Saturday night and I ordered the chicken parmigiana.. and I t was sooo good. Actually everyone at the table had 0 complaints which is pretty amazing bc we have a few picky eaters! But the cocktails, the food and the service was AMAZING! Will be going again!

    We had a great time at your restaurant. This was our first time dining at this location. The restaurant was great, the service was great, our food came out slightly different than described on the menu but it tasted great. We ordered the creole mahi mahi that was supposed to be blackened. We got the mahi mahi but it wasn’t blackened. We enjoyed the meal despite the lack of blackening seasoning. We will be back to dine at this restaurant again.

    This was the second time that we had dinner here and our first experience was outstanding but this particular experience was not. We felt rushed and one person in our party received a hamburger that was cold in the middle and didn’t taste quite right. He spent the night sick from his dinner.

    This restaurant literally does not even try. They know they’ll get the overflow of people who don’t want to wait an hour at a better restaurant, so they’re obviously not worried about food quality, service or ambiance.

    We had a family dinner prior to hockey game. The hostess was kind enough to move us to a window view. We set long after our meal to socialize. The staff was super friendly as always. The food was delicious as always. Our items were shrimp & grits, lemon chicken, chicken parm, steak sandwich & the burger! Every food item was delicious.

    Food was good but not over the top and for the price. Atmosphere was nice however the servers uniforms did not fit in with the ripped dingy jeans. Service was slow and there were a few mistakes that could’ve been avoided.

    Was a birthday, expected a view, we where sat on the 1st floor when tables where open up stairs. Upon arriving we where met with a male employee LAYING on the glass cooler, half asleep. One of our party doesn’t ride elevators, we ask for the stairs, and the half asleep man awoke to rudely tell us they didn’t have public stairs… the female bartender quickly understood the situation and offered to walk the one in our party up the stairs. The sleepy rude male demanded we be sat in the first floor, and that the stairs where dirty and not pretty. The whole interaction was confusing…. Like the stairs aren’t to code possibly? They must have emergency exit stairs, right? Food was mediocre at best. Cocktails where great. The bill has a $3 service charge above the tax line…. BUT our waitress was TOP NOTCH PRO. She took great care of us, knew the menu well, was playful and had a great attitude, and informed us that gratuity was already added because of our party size. Likely won’t visit again.

    I was pleasantly surprised at the overall ambiance and quality of the food. It catches you off guard when you first walk in, before being directed to the elevator and up to the really nice surroundings and view of downtown Nashville. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Our service was extremely poor. The server never came back after taking our order and left before giving us a bill(we sat for a long time after finishing). I had to stop a manager for the bill and he acted like it was a bother. The interior could also use a cleaning.
