Lovely ambiance and quality food! We ate on a Thursday mid-morning and didn't have to wait but unsure if it's busier at different times. Great southern hospitality with their servers! Can't recommend enough!
Salad came to table incorrect per my order twice.
cool venue for sure - music was a little too loud for my taste.
food was good overall, but nothing over the top.
Chicken on my salad was overcooked.
Service was attentive.
The don't validate parking so I assume they don't appreciate locals.
Ate at The Diner before a concert at Accend and it was perfect!
Great food and service, reasonable pricing and quick even though they were busy
Wonderful choice for dinner our last night in Nashville. There are 6 levels, we ate on the 4th level. Beautiful dining room and decor. Our waiter was awesome too! I wish I remembered his name. He had dark hair that was pulled back into a low pony tail. Wonderful food and service. I will definitely return when I come back to Nashville.
Great waitperson and service! He had a large table next to us that became momentarily grumpy and he won them back over quickly. He was awesome. Watermelon, arugula & feta Salad was delicious as was the Hot chicken & waffles and shrimp and Grits. Great drinks. Awesome view.
We tried this for breakfast, and the menu was ok - quite limited but everyone found something they wanted. Wait staff was pleasant. The food was fine... but nothing too exciting. Waffles were cooked well, but nothing to make them standout. Gouda grits were nice, but everything else seemed very average. Given the prices, it felt a little underwhelming. Theming was not nearly as much as I expected from someplace called "The Diner", and no Blue Plate specials or 50's roadside decor. Just a basic place to eat.
I think the milkshakes may be the big draw here, but we didn't try any due to having a peanut allergy and it didn't look safe for that.
This is not as nice as advertised. It’s like an Olive Garden that got its menu gutted and doubled in price.
Great food, excellent service by our waitress and great atmosphere.
Food was good. Service was great. Highly recommend making reservations.
Everything was perfect! Walked in, got seated right by the window on the 5th floor! Great service, delicious food, awesome view.. thank you!!
The food was really great. The drinks were also perfect. I highly recommend!
The food was good and the endless mimosas were as well.
Food was good but not great and menu was very limited and a little pricey for what you get. I did like the atmosphere though and the staff was great and I love that you could make reservations.
Our server was less than enthused to be waiting tables. The breakfast sandwich was very bland, we were never asked how our meals were or if we needed anything (a little hot sauce may have helped). Water was never brought to our tables and our sodas were never refilled. I wouldn't recommend.
Would not return. Small menu with below average food. Poor service
Overall excellent experience I would highly recommend eating at this establishment. Simple food
Very nice place to eat. All staff members were very pleasant. Definitely will be back when in the area!
Great place to grab brunch or lunch. Food was really good. Cool atmosphere on the 4th floor, too.
Horrible!! Our waitress never came to our table after being there over an hour!!! She also gave us a broken glass. We ended up leaving. I hope this improves in the future.
90 plus degrees out with the windows open which meant the AC could not handle the heat and sun blaring directly in on the table with no window shades - not a great environment to dine in, unless you like a sauna. Did asked to move and was told it was same on each floor.
Sitting in the open air bar on level 6 was a fabulous setting. Beer and burgers and family. Doesnt get much better.
Biscuits and gravy were good for breakfast. Enjoyed a mimosa and sat by the window with a nice view.
I would recommend the Diner. It’s a little expensive but it had a great atmosphere and the food was good.
Hostess was just okay, server was great… there for a Birthday dinner with a view… love the openness, breeze and ambiance
One of the best spinach dips
Nice restaurant, we were there early evening and it was not crowded. Service was good as was the food. We will return
My parents and I went for an early dinner. With the exception of 2/3 people at the counter we were the only ones in there. Food was good.
Our experience for lunch was very nice. The atmosphere was wonderful and it was enjoyable to have the open windows, but not be affected by the heat.
The food was very good, although the menu for lunch was limited.
I would definitely return and share my positive experience with others.
Showed up 1/2 hr early and they sat us right away. Very impressed with the the atmosphere (ate on the 4th floor). Tasha was very accommodating, personable and didn't rush us as we took our time ordering and eating. My wife and I both had the salmon with asparagus. Awesome!! Only issue was we asked to be moved from the street side table due to the glare of the sun. If there had been some type of shading, it would have been an ideal seating arrangement.
My salmon was so dry and my asparagus was burnt. I couldn't finish my meal because it was so bad.
We selected this restaurant based on availability and were pleasantly surprised at the excellent ambience, service and food quality. I received this place to anyone looking for an interesting venue.
Everything was delicious. The ambiance was perfect. We were able to dine and have a conversation without having to scream over the music like other places.
Great service, nice view, filet was fine, mashed that accompanied was great
Great Food Great People! Love this place I will be back!!!
Great food! Great service!
Nice place. Food was good and staff was very friendly
Good vibes, good food, good time
I don’t ever write reviews but the food was so awful we did not see it. I would not recommend to anyone!
