I don’t ever write reviews but the food was so awful we did not see it. I would not recommend to anyone!
Harold our waiter was incredible. We would go back just to see him. He’s an amazing human being!
This is a fun place to go - a landmark! The food was average and not a ton of choices. The room is quite warm because the “manager wants us to keep the windows open”. Our server had been working in the heat all day and was less than perky. Still a fun, unique and interesting place to go.
My wife and I are in town and went to The Diner. It was so good. Great ambiance, food and service. We had the Hit Chicken and Waffles. So so good.
All of our food was delicious! Our server Justin was great too!
We got seated very quickly. The service was great!! The food was wonderful.
Slow service. Under staffed. Overwhelmed.
We went on a Monday evening for dinner to 6th floor. View was great, as well as food and service! Would definitely recommend!
We were seated right at reserved time. We were able to walk about and take photos of the skyline
Great view & drinks. Attentive staff.
Horrible - never got our appetizer. Food was cold after delivered after an hour there. Manager promised to make it right - second time food was cold again and steak way overcooked. Still never got the appetizer. Didn’t give them another chance. Went across the street and had a great meal.
Very cool spot to watch the Nashville sunset and have a bite to eat.
Delicious food, great drinks. Not inexpensive but quality for your money. Great server, Nick.
Had reservations for 6:00. Waited over 1 hour just to get appetizers. Seemed to be very short staffed.
Staff was friendly and food was good. The sun was hot when sitting by the windows. I would suggest they have a shade that comes down.
Amazing experience! My bf and I had an amazing rooftop dinner:) Shrimp and grits is soooo good!
We were expecting a finer dining experience as the website listed. We definitely got a rowdier “diner” experience. The server was very attentive at first but seemed to get frustrated later for some reason. The food was better than expected- chicken parmigiana has very large portions and was delicious, hot chicken wrap was good but was not very warm in temp when served.
Food was average
It was a nice atmosphere and excellent service. Just what we needed
Great venue, service and food. Will continue to do visit this unique and convenient restaurant, especially when friends are in town.
I ordered the Mediterranean salad and expected a hearty mix of greens (as stated in the menu) but I was served just romaine lettuce, and not much of it. The server told me it was probably the only lettuce they had left. If she told me that when I ordered I would’ve asked for something else. My family was happy with their salmon dinner.
Sat on the rooftop and had such a beautiful view, music was great and the atmosphere was very gentle! Would absolutely go again
We so wanted it to be good based on the at
Awesome service and one of the best burgers I’ve had in a LONG time!!
We had a wonderful brunch. Harold’s service was excellent
Food and service were good. Wish the brunch menu was more extensive on the "breakfast" items, but what we had was very tasty.
We had a wonderful experience and great food and drinks. The view was great too!
An outstanding set of diverse views of downtown Nashville with some of the tastiest breakfast foods you could ever think of! And great portions too! (:
Took an hour and a half for lunch on an uncrowded Monday. We waited over an hour for food. Waiter Nick was nice and We were told the kitchen was jammed before we ordered but there were open tables. The waiter served double duty making drinks and waiting on tables. They were out of chicken dishes. It was freezing inside and they tried to adjust the temp but didn’t change. Just not a good day for them.
Great friendly service. Menu choices were perfect for our group. Food served quick and hot.
Server write us off from the beginning. Barely spoke to us. Felt like we bothered him. Came to restaurant for view and were sat in back corner.
The ambience and service was great. Mimosas were very good but my breakfast was mediocre.
Disappointing at every level. A tourist trap. Stay away.
I brought my mother here for Mother’s Day and felt so bad because I was so incredibly disappointed in our experience.
The food made me sick, the ambience resembled that of a warehouse in renovation. The air conditioning was on high right over us, the restaurant smelled like a restroom. Service was subpar, no manners, nothing extraordinary.
The Diner is a fitting name because it felt like we were dining at a one stop diner. No wonder they had no business when we got there.
Do not recommend at all.
Our food was served cold. It was a disappointing Mother’s Day brunch.
Went for an early Mother’s Day celebration and they even seated us early. Very good food, very enjoyable atmosphere. Will be back!
Food was meh. View was worth it!
Food was decent. Glad to have a place downtown that I can walk into without a wait
Good food, cute restaurant! Close to the hustle and bustle of Broadway but at a nice distance to avoid some of the crowd and noise.
