Went here for a 5 year old graduation celebration dinner with 5 others. Seems like they had a game night and the staff catered to that crowd. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Several of our meals were incorrect or missing items. I have been here multiple times and this was my first disappointing experience.

Came on a Tuesday- didn’t realize they close at 9pm and our reservation was at 8pm. Felt a bit rushed, but food was amazing. Next time will plan to come earlier!

The "open table" reservation was very much ignored waited 45 minutes to be seated and was 30 more minutes to get beverages. Server needs to not avoid tables that have no beverages. Have always been there when slow. Asking if everything is OK when you have food is one thing. The waitri did remove or beverages from the bill after our long wait. I double tipped because it was probably the busiest day of the year. OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE HONORED FIRST!!!!! Many people were served 1st that arrived much later. If they had reservations or not we were there first with a reservation!!!!

The Diner at Webb Ginn is always good food and service. It did not disappoint on this visit. Most in our group had breakfast at lunch and really enjoyed it.

Made a reservation for early Easter morning for breakfast with family. But this experience was poor compared to other experiences when I’ve dined here. The restaurant was not busy yet, but we got a new waitress that struggled to take orders, made some very simple mistakes… not bringing spoons for coffee when asked… She brought wooden stirrers, ordered sausage and got bacon, and service was very slow considering we were several hours ahead of the normal Sunday and Easter crowd. The food was not good, especially the omelettes, more oily than usual. One of the managers asked how things were going, and I informed him that things were not going very well. He apologized and took my name, number, and email address… It’s been over a week, and I’ve heard nothing from him. This is a restaurant that I’ve dined-on and ordered to-go food from for several years now for a Saturday Ladies’ brunch… I guess I’ll be looking for a new spot.
