Even taking into account that this was Thanksgiving, this meal was a disaster. The food was cold; the presentation awful. We ate in a large ballroom that made it feel like we were at a bad wedding. There was nothing good about this meal.

The buffet at Thanksgiving was incredible. Everything I tried was wonderful- from soup to salad, crab fingers, shrimp cocktail, salmon, turkey, stuffing, mashed redskin potatoes, green bean casserole and homemade cranberry sauce. My friend said the roast beef and gravy was “to die for.” But the food wasn’t as hot as we would have liked . Desserts including pecan tarts, mocha cake and apple pie were also exceptional. The dining room is dated and worn, which was the downside.

Excellent food and large variety. The food was delicious and wonderful. The ambience could have been a little more festive. I wish there were options for children’s pricing. We had to pay full amount for small kids that didn’t eat much.

Our dinner was absolutely wonderful. The manager and the staff were great. We would definitely eat there again for Thanksgiving. The only complaint I could have is that maybe the hotel should have a little stricter dress code. It’s a very fancy hotel, and there was a family in there all wearing red plaid onesies pajamas. They should’ve gone to the McDonald’s drive up window if they wanted to dress that way..
