My friend and I each ordered three drinks and there was no alcohol in them , it was really disappointing since they’re $12 each tail
friendly staff, good drinks, decent apps, mostly all good food some just was cold or could have been fresher. Good place to meet friends after work for drinks!
Very loud which made it hard to hear anyone at the table and even our server struggled to hear us. The noise level was the only bad thing but ruined the overall experience
Delicious food, fun drinks, trendy atmosphere
Brunch was great. Very very limited GF Options sadly. English muffin for eggs Benedict was nothing good. But mimosas were amazing. The Persephone drink is a MUST. Huevos Rancheros were egg-cellent.
The music was too loud. Other than that, excellent
Delicious food, fun drinks, great service!
Pub food. Mostly fried foods. Servings are on the smaller side. Limited menu. Very cold inside. We were there in March. We all kept our jackets on.
So happy that they’re back. There are some really good new additions to the food and drink menu planning to head back this week! Did I say I was happy they were back already😁
Open Table and the Derby took our reservation and the restaurant is CLOSED. We show up with out if toen guests for Brunch to locked doors. Try making last minute reservations on a Sunday afternoon. Ended up in a slum diner. Irresponsible not to know or notify your customers.
I made the reservation here, walked up to the door to find the restaurant closed. WTF? If you are closed remove yourself from here so that we don’t expect to eat there. Don’t expect us to try and book again. And, Open Table, of you can read this... you should be embarrassed, too. How many other closed restaurants are you carrying on your site?
They are not currently open. I drove almost an hour because opentable/the derby let me make a reservation. How does this happen? Huge inconvenience. Terrible
They are closed....................................
Their restaurant was closed ...... yet they still allowed us to make a reservation online. Traveled over an hour on Valentine’s Day weekend. A real shame.
It was closed
The restaurant was closed. Why are we able to make reservations if the restaurant has been closed for weeks?
Closed even though OpenTable allowed me to make a reservation...
Outdoor patio was great!
It was closed, I wouldn’t give a bad review because I have no idea. Please UPDATE HOURS and don’t let people reserve times that do not exist.
Accommodating with being late - trying to find parking,
great food and drinks
Awesome and fun!
Good food. Great service. Loved all the Beetlegeuse decor
Wonderful food great ambience amazing decorations!
We wwnt for drinks and apps and both were good.
Would've been better if the city of Salem didn't kick me out 30 mins after our reservation
The derby was amazing and so accommodating! I could not say enough good things about this restaurant. The food, the staff, the drinks, etc... everything was so good and I look forward to coming back again soon!
Nice place and service was very good 👍🏽
The food was pretty basic to be honest. It is what you would expect from a restaurant is a high tourist area. What really turned us off was the service. We received our apps in a timely fashion, but then 5 minutes later we received our entrees. We were seated at a 2 top so you could imagine how crowded the table was. The food runner/waitress did not ask if we wanted anything cleared off or offer to bring the food back to the kitchen until we were finished with our apps. I've been in food service operations for 15 years, I understand wanting to turn your times in a timely manner to made tips and push sales. However, the guest experience is a huge part of what makes a restaurant successful long term. We saw our waitress maybe 2 times, when she took the order and when she dropped the bill. I obviously don't know what time the rush is for this location and for all I know maybe she was in the weeds. I sympathies, but from a guest point of view she didn't seem to care that we were being rushed .
Such a great environment - great food and great drinks - pickle back shots & butterbeer
Loved it, decorated really cute for Halloween and the socially distanced set up was great!
My server was perfect. Attentive without being too much, always came over at a break in convo and very quick with any request...
Nachos were and always are AMAZING
And this new drink they have “The cherry bomb” TO.DIE.FOR.
What an awesome place.. drinks were good.. food was great.. we went twice on our weekend it was always available with no wait
My girlfriend and I came in on a date after stopping in for a quick bite and drink the night before. They promptly sat us, and we had amazing service throughout the night. The food and drinks were amazing. Great spot to check out while in Salem!
Manager was awesome! Our reservations were cancelled and he called us and added us back on. Came over and talked to our table when we got there and made us feel at home.
This is the best brunch spot on the planet. The food, service, and atmosphere is FANTASTIC!
This restaurant looked really cute but was very disappointing. Service was awful. Additionally ran out of several menu items bc of holiday weekend.
Drinks, food, service, atmosphere was awesome. Would go back for brunch anytime.
Great outdoor dining experience. Strong adherence to social distancing and cleanliness guidelines.
The staff here make the dining experience worth it. Pleasant greeting when you enter & leave and our waitress was very knowledgeable & attentive. We enjoyed our meals - bbq style menu - the bacon biscuits were delish!
It started to rain lightly and they quickly moved us to a table with an umbrella! During these times - everyone is trying to make it be as pleasant of a dining experience as it can be. It was clear to us - that Derby St is trying their best for their customers. It was much appreciated & worth going back again.
Hamburgers and fried fish we’re mediocre
Ceased salad was excellent
Great job at keeping the restaurant up to social distance guidelines. I had the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken sandwich. Delicious! Great job all around.
