   One of the traditional omakase with Japanese chef from San Francisco. Good quality food, very fresh. Interesting to get ink squid there. With the ingredients we got yesterday, a bit pricy. Rent might be too high for the chef to get better ingredients. In general it worth to take Japanese food lover to go and try since we don’t have that many choices in miami.

   Our first ever Omakase dining experience and it was truly exceptional. We were among other guests who have tried Omakase before and they said this is the best one they have ever tried. It was not only a delicious dining experience but also very interesting and engaging. Chefs were incredibly knowledgeable and very kind towards us beginners who had a load of questions. The staff was patient and did a great job in supporting the chefs by explaining to us how everything flowed. Just a very personable and great experience overall.

    The whole dining experience was just that, an expensive. It was an extraordinarily well choreographed and curated interactive experience. We did the sake pairing, which only enhanced the show. The flavors were sublime and oh so far from boring. Our “waiter”, if you will, Anthony, was incredibly well versed in the meal from where each sake was made, to in depth knowledge of each fish and dish. The cost is not for the faint of heart, but well worth the wonderful experience.

    everything here was phenomenal. the chef took you through each course and explained what it was. our favorite was the tuna tasting. the service was incredible and the staff made the whole experience worth it. I will definitely be coming back.

    If you’re thinking about spending that money in a good restaurant, this is probably your BEST bet. The only way I could describe this dinner is unforgettable, this was an experience I’ll always cherish. I was able to explore the Japanese culture at its finest I loved this and so did my husband. We will be coming back next season for sure! I would highly recommend you to try this experience at least once.

    If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind experience, you need not look any further. We practically spent our mortgage on the evening with at least 18 bites and 10 sake pairings but I would live homeless to do it again if I had to. I can not recommend treating yourself to The Den experience within Azabu as long as you understand the value in the cost. If you aren’t someone who saves for food and wine like us, you get it.

    After advocating Michelin stars dining guide for years with eliminating the corporate politics via GOOGLE in consideration of all regions that employ and provide the restaurants’ industry services and cuisine best, the global mindset has finally paid off, and The Den deserves this star designation hands down, to the chopsticks to the cutting skills. Chef Okawara, Chef Hirosoka, and understudy Camillo, all abide to the strict traditions of Omakasa, a truly dedicated slow pace offering, normally two hours, to the consumer, of the very best available food and an opportunity for the consumer to give back in gratitude for Chef skills. Head of the room is Pablo, seating and introducing the Omakasa as well as overseeing satisfactory completion. Raúl is there so the consumer never has to say anything or ask for anything because after taking care of the ordinary details, those details arrive without opening lips or lifting fingers. These descriptions are what define a Michelin star, and congratulations all around the room to the employees.
