First night out in a long while. Dinner was delicious and the service was superb.

Excellent food and great service. A little pricey, but food is well worth. Beautiful dining room. Love the option of open table online reservations. They also accommodated our seating request for a window table.

I really appreciated that the servers work masks. It made me feel safe and like they cared about their customers. Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It was the perfect Father's Day celebration and we will definitely return.

We made reservations at Del Bar during our recent vacation - and could not have been more thrilled!! The atmosphere was delightful, like you had stepped back in time and the food was outstanding!

Everything was great as usual. The bar was a little crowded which didn't necessary comply with the Covid-19 rules.

We live in Madison and come to the Dell Bar quite often. Nothing could be better. I have been coming there since 1968 and everything is so classy and just done with nothing but the best.
The crew in the bar Kevin and Kim are so enjoyable and always so glad to see a familiar face.

The food and service was outstanding, but we were seated next to a noisy disrupted table that parents allowed their children to have loud devices turned up to a noise level that was very irresponsible of them. No consideration at all.

The Del Bar has always been our favorite, the filets are tender and delicious and the lobster was just right .

The Del Bar is one of our favorite places to eat. This time the bone in ribeye was a bit tough and not overly tasty. Must have had a poor cut of the steak. Everything else was good.

I was there during happy hour and I thought the bar prices (at the bar) were reduced but the bartender charged me the full price. Unfortunate!!!

I have never had a bad meal. My wife and I have been eating here for 20 years. This is the only place in the dells were we have a cocktail and a fabulous meal. Keep up the great job Dan

This place never disappoints! The quality of the food, drinks, and service is amazing year after year. Even our kids find something good on their menu and they're picky.

My wife had never been to the DelBar. It was an outstanding experience. I hope to visit again soon. One of the best steaks that I have ever privilege to eat. Great service and kind staff.

The food was delicious and expensive, and our server was good. However, I was surprised by the lack of social distancing. We could see from our table that the bar area became packed by 5:30, and a table was seated right near us (within a couple of feet). I was even more surprised as we were leaving to see that the Del-Bar had another dining room that was completely empty and unused at that moment; it appeared that they could have spread diners out more, but chose not to.

Perfect service and a wonderfully cooked meal! Would recommend to anyone!

We’ve eaten at countless restaurants and this one is special. You know that the restaurant is well managed because everyone from the bartenders to the wait staff to the people who buss tables are very professional. The food is excellent. They do not cut corners. Expect to pay for the quality. Steaks are of the highest quality and prepared to their ordered temperatures. If you are in the restaurant business, you should experience this establishment, as they are what every restaurant should aspire to be. Restaurants wouldn’t fail if they were all this good. It is not surprising that Del-Bar has been in business for generations.

I went to Del-Mar with a group of 4 people and we were all very happy with our meals. My filet was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was also wonderful. We will definitely return the next time we visit the Dells!

Great food and friendly service

Food was cooked to perfection. This is my new restaurant that I will compare all others too. Service was beyond my expectations. Atmosphere was great. Prices are up there but what restaurant of this quality isn't. If you have a special occasion and looking for a restaurant this IS the place to go!

Excellent staff from first greeting through last bite. Apps, entrees, and desserts were absolutely perfect. We will definitely return more frequently!

Love their kale apple salad. Our food was fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly. I appreciated the clear masks they’ve adopted to comply with CDC recommendations while not taking away from the customer service of seeing your server.

A longtime favorite of ours. One of my favorite restaurants in the state. They do it right every time.

We’ve been here before and went back due to great food, food was not up to last time and seemed to lack quality. For the price we expected more. Steaks were ok. Appetizers were ok. Salad ok. For us to be back at price we would have to have more than an ok experience.

I can’t say enough about this place. The steaks are amazing, the escargot is great, the staff is wonderful. I love the old time feel the menu items have always been delicious and fresh. I’ve eaten here more then a handful of a times and leave with a huge smile on my face. Plus the bathrooms make me feel like I stepped back in time, I just love it !

This place was a amazing. The food was cooked so well and is an experience I plan to enjoy whenever I can make it up north.

My spouse and I decided to give this a try for our 21st anniversary. The food and service were excellent. My complaint is we were seated in the side dining room where there were several families with loud messy children. We were the only ones without kids so I’m not sure why were seated in that area. We went up to the bar and there were numerous tables up there with no kids and adults only. I have no problem with families dining out with their children but if you see a couple without children perhaps ask if they would like quiet seating. So for this reason I don’t know that we will be back. It’s unfortunate.

Excellent food. Caramel cheescake was to die for. Great customer service. Definitely will make this a stop when in the Dells.

The spinach salad has been outstanding for the past 50 years we have been patronizing the Del Bar. Service was excellent as it always is. To make these high praises more believable, one should find some criticism but I can find none.

We always enjoy the DelBar for special occasions. The service is more than outstanding and the food is perfect to our tastes.
We enjoyed the escargot appetizer, wedge and spinach salads, a tenderloin and boneless ribeyes steaks with mushrooms all excellently prepared and topped it off with a turtle sundae.
The staff also did an outstanding job hiding a special secret, our daughter had arranged with them to ay for our anniversary dinner without us even telling her we were going there....don’t know how it all happened but the staff kept it quite till we completed our last bit.
It’s great to have then open again, we missed the DelBar for our March birthday celebration!

Had reservation 4:30 nice table back room by a window. Service very prompt. Drinks good, salad great and Walleye was amazing. The best ever. Order it everytime I go. Nice portions, prices have gone up, but did get a lot of leftovers. Highly recommend.

We had the Friday fish fry and it was amazing. Definitely going back again.
