   One of the few floating restaurants in the area, and it's unique in that it's on OpenTable. In prior years on a summer night, I waited over an hour for a table, I love seeing on OT! A great pub style menu, here are a few call outs; my #1 favorite are the steamer clams, an amazing 2 pounds in butter, wine and garlic at a really fair price, complete with Texas toast. #2 the Halibut Fish Tacos and to share the Shrimp Cocktail (bay shrimp) is fresh and another great value, two sizes with the large one shareable. Out of many many visits, arriving by boat or walking to the dock I've never been disappointed, especially with the excellent service. If they would one change I would have rated the food a 5. I would like to see a better fish and chips, the batter is very dense, and lacks the classic beer flavor. Halibut is delicate it needs a light airy 'beer' batter, one where you can see the bubbles. The Deck's version needs an upgrade but it's still very orderable. Where to sit ... You will have options as you make your reservation. Outside is truly open-air with the wind and sun, inside is under the 'tent' with the roll-up walls (if the wind is not blowing). Bring your sunglasses!

   The Deck is our favorite summer restaurant. It's always like a mini-vacation visiting here, in the marina on the Columbia. The food and drinks are good, with enough choices for everyone to find something they like. But the real draw is the atmosphere of the open-air restaurant floating on the river. There are ducks and great sunsets to watch while you relax over dinner.
