The Danny Boy Bar & Grill at Gamble Sands
Great food and outstanding service!! We will go back for sure!!
This is a great place to have dinner with a beautiful view of the Columbia river. The food is really good and the service was friendly.
Prime rib Friday was fabulous as well as the fish and chips. Well worth every penny and we will be back again!
The food was Fabulous and the waiter was Very Accommodating!
We had a very nice experience with Danny Boy. They were very friendly. Food was fantastic! Portion was huge. You didn’t go hungry. Suggest on alittle more options on there menu. Since living in a rural area there isn’t much place like Danny Boy.
Disappointed with the steaks. Char was too heavy, and quite a bit of fat and gristle. For the price - we were disappointed.
Great place to chill after a game of golf at Gamble Sands
very good clubhouse food. beef dip, california sandwich with turkey added and the meatloaf sandwich along with a couple cold drinks fueled us up for the afternoon golf game.
Casual, good food, cocktails, accommodating service
The special of the evening was the Wagyu steak. I've had a few quality steaks in the past but this tops them all. Service was good. Ambience superb.
Small menu but many good selections
Quality very good considering the remote location. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful setting and view
Absolutely fabulous service from all the staff at Danny's! Great ambiance, great food and have absolutely the most breathtaking sunsets! We'll be back!
Being the only food option at Gamble Sands golf course, Danny Boys hits an ace with all their food options. While on a recently Stay and Play package I managed to eat here four times in a little over 24 hours: the breakfast wrap is seriously loaded with everything needed to keep you filled while playing 18; lunch provides a large number of burgers and sandwiches—the patty melt is filling but delicious; dinner offers new options from lunch like steaks and pasta—the meatloaf was huge! I was happy with their selections and never left hungry.
-a pretty mediocre experience. We ate 7 meals there. The servers were good and curteous, but the food quality was mostly substandard for a restaurant of that location and price range. The New York steaks were not good quality cuts and not prepared according to our request. One of the hamburgers was way overcooked and so was the salmon on the ceaser salad. Couldn't eat it. the meat loaf was very good. The caeser salad was pretty wilted. For both dinners, we were interested in ordering the special steak offering, but were informed that none were available. For whatever reason , the Filet Mingon that we so enjoyed in previous years was no longer being offered.
This was the 4th year in a row that our group has chosen Gamble Sands as a golf destination and we've noticed a steady deterioration at the restaurant. We're considering another venue for next year that offers better quality for that price range.
Awesome food, service & view! We will be back, with friends!
Everything was very good! The view is amazing. We sat outside and it was very peaceful!
Little loud, but food and staff great. On the spendy side, but still great.
It’s a golf club bar and grill with a simple menu but the food is delicious and the wait staff just very pleasant and helpful.,
We had the Mothers Day buffet and some of the food was cold which was disappointing given the cost.
