   Daisy is one of my favourite places due to the amazing service. The people who work there are fantastic, the drinks are so good and love the decor ! I have recommended to many people!!

   This is by far my favourite spot in Manchester. The cocktails are made with skill and care each time. The servers are so welcoming and the DJ was playing the most epic chilled out classics. I bring everyone I know here so they can experience the Daisy vibes I love.

   Gorgeous little bar, feels like you’re in a cool apartment. The drinks are great and all 3 staff members on shift (22/12) were really attentive and made our experience positive. Would definitely recommend for date nights or a catch up with a small group of friends.

   We loved the Daisy. Low rating for food as we only had drinks but it wanted a rating! We were the only ones in there so quieter than we expected but cocktails and service were exceptional.

   We booked a table online and when we turned up, they just told us to sit at the bar until a table was ready for us. We sat at the bar for ages so I went up to one of the workers and asked when we were getting our table and he said how it’s a sit wherever policy which wasn’t mentioned to us when we arrived. He said he would find us a table and he didn’t whilst sitting other people down that had just entered. It’s such a shame that the experience was ruined by awful customer service as it’s such a lovely and cosy bar. You would think you’d be guaranteed a table if you pre booked, especially as they took card details from me when booking.

    Daisy’s at Evelyn’s is a lovely little subterranean bar with a lovely vibe and a cosy atmosphere. I think people go there looking for a quieter atmosphere, so the music was a little loud for that. Also - the cocktail sizes are quite shocking small for what you’re paying. I think that needs to be rethought. Unusually small glasses - it would be a no to return on that basis for me but it was good vibes.

    Arrived and got the pick of a table since it was so quiet, which was nice. The waiter told us to give him the nod when we were ready to order our first cocktail, however, he didn't once look back over at us the whole time we were there. He was more interested in drinking whilst working with whom looked like a group of regulars. There were a couple more small tables of 2 that arrived that also received the same lack of attention as us since the other larger table got waited on more efficiently. The younger waiter behind the bar was making all the cocktails for customers, whilst the older waiter was only making them drink himself! We tipped the young waiter separately, taking service charge off our bill and giving the tip to him personally. Would not go again.

    Excellent little bar, the service was great and the drinks were excellent. Only mild criticism is that the music was a tiny bit too loud to hold a proper conversation.

    Amazing place, lovely atmosphere, great music and fantastic cocktails. Lovely and friendly staff. It is a must visit place when you are in Manchester. I will recommend to fiends and family.

    My friend and I had a great time. In our 50’s and the oldest there, made to feel very welcome. Staff behind the bar were very attentive and friendly. It was a great place for a night out.

    Overall a great experience, there were a wide range of drinks available, many of which I hadn’t even heard of before. A live dj was playing and the atmosphere was so relaxed. Perfect place to go for an after work drink or date. Only negative I would have is that the service was a little slow, but I think that is partly due to the environment being so chilled. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.

    Very loud, making it very difficult to talk to friends. Service was poor and it took 45 minutes to receive our cocktails after ordering. Will not be returning.

    Great little spot, however the music was too loud which made it difficult for conversation. Got asked to leave early too, so had to rush the last drink. Cocktails on point tho. Staff attentive.

    Generally a good experience. There was a delay in seating us, and we had to remind the team there that we had a table booked after being sent to the bar for drinks, and we felt a bit awkward for having to remind staff about this, who did not seem too quick to get us seated. After that however it was a good experience.

    I was looking for food so booked Daisy's at Evelyn's, turns out Daisy's is just a cocktail bar for drinks that doesn't serve food!!!

    Lovely little bar, looks great inside, great atmosphere and DJ. Drinks were good, not watered down with tones of ice so worth the money! we didn’t have food just drinks so can’t really comment on that but would visit again for sure
